Although not covered with my warranty, I was given cost and step by step process the entire time. Was even offered monthly payment with rent due and Xmas in less than 30 days. Very knowledgeable staff and they were great to work with during our recent purchase. The process of purchasing a new vehicle can be stressful, but Rairdon's answered our questions and the process did not during our recent purchase. I bought my Gladiator in 2020. It's been a great experience at this dealer. I just had my first issue with it, had it towed there on Sunday. First thing Bill in service called Mon It's been a great experience at this dealer. I just had my first issue with it, had it towed there on Sunday. First thing Bill in service called Monday morning and called back with every update, issue was fixed that day, They picked me up in the morning too! Great service ! More

Service advisor Steve Atkinson made an otherwise stressful experience worth it. He alone would be the reason I return if I need service in the future. He seriously provided "genuine" personalized stressful experience worth it. He alone would be the reason I return if I need service in the future.
