We decided to go with Rairdon's as we had dealt with them before on another vehicle purchase, and we had decided a new truck was comparative to a used one, and Rairdon's had the vehicle in stock we wanted at the price we could work it. They worked with us to get us the vehicle we wanted. Gave us top dollar for our trade-ins. All the staff was very helpful. We would go back to them again. The only hitch was they forgot to activate the Navigation in the vehicle we purchased, but because we had been there awhile, we went back the next day, and we had to bring in the 2nd trade-in, the problem was resolved in less then 30 minutes. And the coffee wasn't bad either :) More

Recently we were in the market to buy a newer truck and trade ours in, so my wife and I made the decision to stop by Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Monroe again to see if they had what we were looking for. It was the way were treated and great service from the sales and management team in prior purchases is way we returned to get a third vehicle from Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Monroe. Dealership sales review We bought our used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Rairdon on a Sunday. They were very helpful and we got the price we wanted. After the sales agreemen We bought our used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Rairdon on a Sunday. They were very helpful and we got the price we wanted. After the sales agreement was signed we were given the remote KEY. Only one remote key. They could not find the second key and the sales guy basically said "its a done deal, the car is yours" and there was nothing they could do about it! We left as disgruntled customers. New remote keys are EXPENSIVE and only a dealership can make a duplicate remote from one existing key. We live in Gig Harbor, an hours drive from Rairdon in Monroe. We had the Tacoma dealership make us a remote key - cost: over $300 dollars! I sent the $300+ invoice to Rairdon in Monroe with a letter of explanation. A week latter I received a check for the $300+ key cost!!!! EXCELLENT - NOW THAT'S SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE! Will we shop there again? YOU BET! More

Since I was buying a car I needed transportation to get to the dealership, and 40 minutes later Rico was at my door picking me up. Once I got there John the sales rep did a fantastic job of getting my paperwork together, and my car ready!!! From Steve, John, Finance, and last the young lad who went through functions my new car had, it was a overall great experience, and I would recommend this dealership!!!! More

We ran into Rairdons after work around 4:30pm and scheduled an appointment online with Jacob Johanson, so he knew exactly what we wanted when we arrived. I generally hate buying cars and working with sales people at dealerships but this experience was different. They worked hard to dig cars out from the back and off the racks for us to look at. I wish we could have got more for our trade but I think it was fair in the end. I truly believe they gave us the best deal they could for new Cherokee trailhawk plus at rairdons Monroe they gave us 3 years of free oil changes. There were rebates that I didn't even know about which helped as well with the purchase. Working with Jacob and the sales manager. (sorry I cannot remember his name) was pleasing and small talk make it feel personal. I don't usually write reviews but I said I would and I was happy with the whole thing and how it went down. I didn't feel pressured and pushed into something I couldn't afford. I cannot speak for the service dept. yet because we haven't been in yet. Oh and Jacob was very familiar with all the gadgets in the car and helped us to learn them More
Total scam artists!!!!!! False info given to customers. Dealership was completely empty when we arrived so that was a bad sign to begin with. I am easily turned off buy high pressure sales and I dislike being swarmed at a dealership. I initiated contact with Rairdon's via email. They responded promptly. Although they did have my phone number, they respected my request for electronic communication. I arranged a time to come see the vehicle I was interested in. They had the car ready to for me to drive and were waiting outside for me when I arrived. My salesperson, John Knudson, was personable and knowledgeable about the car I came to see. There was no pressure to purchase and he gave me plenty of space alone with my family to discuss the vehicle. I did not deal with any negotiations over the vehicle. The price I was quoted via email was fair. They do not have a sales person act as a go-between with the finance manager. Finance manager will sit down directly with you to discuss the sales price or negotiate the price with you. I had to drive 2 hours to get to the dealership, but it was well worth the trip for a stress freectransaction. More
Best customer service I got my car from another dealership and some how I could not them to help me but this dealer ship helped me so much to resolve my problem . The girl at the service kelly was so helpful from the beginning to the end and the sales manager Scott is a very straight and honest on his words. I will recommend this place to anybody . Just wish I had one jeep dealership so good like this near my house. More
