Fantastic buying experience We were looking for a "harder to find" Ram 2500, and had been to several Ram dealerships in Western WA with no luck. This lead us to believe we needed to head to Idaho to find one. One of my friends suggested I call Rairdon's of Monroe as they had been able to help him in the past. I ended up speaking to Scott Guthrie (turned out to be the GM), who was more then willing to try and locate us the right truck. Within minutes, Scott had located the perfect truck for us, even though it was located at another dealership. Scott was able to get that truck to Monroe within a day, and we ended up buying it. John Knudson (the salesman) was extremely knowledgeable about the truck and made the purchasing experience as enjoyable as it could be (my wife dislikes spending money). From there, the dealership was very efficient through financing and delivery. We ended up driving home in our new truck within a two hours (which felt like a record). We are very happy that we ended up contacting this dealership. Thank you Scott for thinking outside the box (and looking outside your own inventory), and John for making the experience enjoyable (especially when taking delivery and going through the technology stuff in the truck). More

The Best Dealership and Group of Professionals, Hands Down This is my second time buying a car at this dealership. My first experience overall? First impression is everything. I contacted their salesman by internet, before I went to the dealership. That made the in-person easier. My salesman, John Wright, was the best - helpful, accommodating, good at clarifying what I really wanted, plus he was likable. The dealership was clean, everyone was professional and service-oriented. They had a huge vehicle selection. When I decided to make the deal, the finance managers, Steve Sanayei and Manny, were both direct, considerate, energetic, professional, and provided me with great options. I was happy with the deal. This was an amazingly positive experience, considering my bad car-buying experiences at other dealerships in the past. This is a very customer-oriented group. Their goal is to make your experience paramount, and they want repeat business. They've earned it. My second time purchasing from this dealership was even better. It was faster and easier. All sales staff and management were over the top friendly, the deal was done quickly and painlessly, AND we are very confident the purchase of our 2017 Jeep Wrangler was done at the right dealership. The management team there realizes that cars can be bought anywhere, but a fantastic purchasing experience can't be provided by everyone. I'm not certain when, but we WILL be doing business again. That being said, I had a great experience with Manny and Greg (and Scott, Garrett and John)! No drama, no stress and super fast purchase from beginning to end. This is not a drill- they have a fantastic approach to sales... They gave me a great price for my trade in AND a great price for my new vehicle. No joke.
