Worst car buying experience I tried buy a new truck and they said I was approved for a loan....well turns out I couldn’t get a loan after a week of driving the new truck. I went I tried buy a new truck and they said I was approved for a loan....well turns out I couldn’t get a loan after a week of driving the new truck. I went to return the new truck and get the truck I traded in and the clutch in my old truck was didn’t work anymore. Instead of helping me they laughed at me at said how much money they saved by returning the new truck because my old truck I traded in needed a lot of work. I drove to this dealership with the clutch working and left without the truck Being able to move at all. I git my truck towed out of the dealership to s transmission shop to fix while the service manager is yelling and laughing at me. Do not buy any vehicles from rairdons. They will find anyway to screw you over. More

Overall good experience and good people working there I thought Greg was very helpful and understanding and the other manager that helped out was as well. Even the financing guy was nice to talk to. They I thought Greg was very helpful and understanding and the other manager that helped out was as well. Even the financing guy was nice to talk to. They worked with everything I had a question about and went out of their way on the detailing of the car when I was headed over to pick it up. Which was really nice to see. Greg even gave me his cell and asked me to let him know whenever I have a question instead of just calling the dealership first which I think is better and more personal. Everyone working there was nice and friendly. And the Rairdon dealerships have a great deal on oil changes that is hard to pass up if I am being honest. More

Was easy getting a car, nightmare repairing it. Got the car here and paid for extended service plan, after about 6 months my car developed a starting issues and so I took it in to get it repaired... Got the car here and paid for extended service plan, after about 6 months my car developed a starting issues and so I took it in to get it repaired... They couldn't figure it out so they replaced the starter, after leaving I found what looked like my old starter still covered in mud and issues still present. Next visit they claimed my engine was getting flooded from a leaking head gasket, I knew it wasn't as I could easy push start the xxxx thing but if it was leaking then getting it repaired is still important, come to find that after all that work my main issues was still present and a lot of time was wasted. after that last visit they topped off my fluids after I asked they made sure a winter blend was used for windshield wiper fluid and they told me thats what they used, come to find out over the mountain pass that it was not and my wipers were frozen in the center of my windows and paint damaged on hood... Worst service possible, had repairs from another facility done after I had it towed there for my belt falling off... And they found a bad ground cable, along with needing a broken bolt removed from engine and damaged tensioner pulley replaced. More
