Drove 2 hours to come to this place to check out a car, I talked to the salesman Gabriel previously about it on the phone told him I’d be in to check it out and also mentioned that I didn’t want to do a down payment he made it clear that it would be fine and most people don’t do down payments with “him” but I knew it all depended on everything else checking out so I told him either way if not, not a big deal just wanted to try and see if I could get it without a down payment if not I just wouldn’t get the car. I had a good offer on my trade in and exchange for a new car thru Lithia without a down payment but they didn’t have the exact car I wanted, so decided to make the 2 hour trip to Monroe. Clearly there was no communication between him and his “manager” Garrett because after we test drove he came out with the paper work and said it’s already to go just gotta sign. I looked at the paper work and not only was I lowballed majorly on my trade in but it also stated $3000 down. I said oh we weren’t looking to do anything down. And after I said that his whole attitude changed. He treated us like crap and had a bad attitude the whole time rolling his eyes. I wanna know how a guy like him got the position as used vehicle manager. Seriously. We ended up purchasing the car but only because it was what I wanted and we already drove 2 hours but to be treated so poorly can’t say we will ever be back. We would like to thank Ricky who went over our paper work with us and made us feel at least a little better about giving this place our business. Even he noticed and asked why we weren’t excited we just bought a new car. Well that excitement was taken away, what was supposed to be a good day got ruined because your manager Garrett needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. More

Steering problem I took my 05 Dodge Dakota in for a steering problem, they miss diagnosed the problem, threw parts at the problem with the steering without finding out I took my 05 Dodge Dakota in for a steering problem, they miss diagnosed the problem, threw parts at the problem with the steering without finding out the problem Including the first time I took it to them for repair I am now on the 3 rd try after they threw new parts after new parts and I still have the problem. They have now had the vehicle over a week. Their Service Dept. did stick with the job and were able in the end to make the repair. Joe, one of their service reps, stuck with me and he is a credit to the company. More

The manager Garret advised me not to drive it, but I was stuck without a way to get around and my husband was out of Monroe all day. Garret offered me a service loaner which totally saved the day. I really appreciated them extending that courtesy, it was a very stressful week with a ton of different things going on for my family, and if we had to try to shuffle cars around it would have been a nightmare.. They got my Jeep all fixed up and under warranty, so it only cost me $13. More
