I went to purchase a new Grand Cherokee using my sisters employee discount but the dealership was able to get me a better price. My salesperson, Taylor, was a pleasure to work with. If there was a question that I had that she didn't know the answer to, she did not try to invent an answer, she said that she would go and find out and she did. When I asked about the price I saw on another dealer's website she went to the GM and he matched it. She went through all of the financing options with me and explained my options. I had looked on KBB.com the trade in value of my old car and was pleased with what I was offered. I will go back to Rairdon in Monroe for another new car purchase. More

This was a great experience. Personnel were very friendly. Willing to help. The truck I printed online had the door entry assist rails. After Install I came back to pick up the truck and more folks were there to make sure all my questions were answered. Bob was a great help. He explained a lot of features and said there are so many that if you have questions please come by we will make sure you get your questions answered. He said I might not be able to answer every question but someone here will or we will find out and learn ourselves. Made me feel welcome, was great to hear the communication the insurance that my questions regardless how mundane, they are there to help. I will make sure my friends know this is a great place to purchase a vehicle. Thank you More

Don’t trust these guys to repair your vehicle. Had to have my rear differential rebuilt JUST OVER two years and only 11K miles ago. I went in for an oil change and the mechanic reported heavy me Had to have my rear differential rebuilt JUST OVER two years and only 11K miles ago. I went in for an oil change and the mechanic reported heavy metal in my rear differential along with a broken pinion seal. Brought it back to Rairdon’s last week and they hid behind the one month past the two year limit on the warranty even though the truck is a second vehicle and only has accumulated 11k miles since the original rebuild. There had been no indication of a problem with the differential (no noise or leaks). No way to know other than the routine check. You’d think they would stand behind their work knowing that factory parts could only go bad that fast if the original rebuild was done incorrectly, but instead they wanted to charge me $4K to rebuild again. I’ll never go back to them. More
