My truck is a 2020 Ram 2500 Laramie edition that I bought out of state last summer. I took it to Rairdons for a recall issue. My service contact is Megahn Mansfield. I already knew her because my sister tacks her 2015 challenger to her for service. We really like Megahn and all of her coworkers, they are very polite and helpful. My Jeep was having transmission problems. I got right in, worked with Alissa who was awesome, turned out it was a software issue, which was way less expensive than I expected!
