Failed to repair what I brought it in for. I brought my truck in for a warranty repair, they charged me $98 and told me it didn't leak. 2 mechanic shops told me it leaked, it still does. Express oil change is NOT express I was promised that an EXPRESS oil change would not take more than 1 hour, 1 hour fifteen minutes tops. (Not very EXPRESS). In fact, I did not get out I was promised that an EXPRESS oil change would not take more than 1 hour, 1 hour fifteen minutes tops. (Not very EXPRESS). In fact, I did not get out of the dealership for 1 hour & 30 minutes. I had checked at 1 hour & was told it would only be a few minutes more. When I checked again at 1 hour 15 minutes, because I was running late for a Doctors appointment, I was told that they had charged me for a new battery which I had declined & I was told that the holdup was caused by waiting for the battery credit to my bill be approved. Not a happy camper that day Update. I took my car to the Les Schwab Tire Center and had them check the battery that this dealer told me need to be replaced. Guess what, they said the battery was in good shape and did not need to be replaced. More
