This was super frustrating to say the least! When I called to see if my car was ready after 3 hours, I was told it had not even been looked at yet, so what is the point in making an appointment when your car just sits for hours ...I have a maintenance package with this dealership so obviously cannot just move on to another dealer, but will definitely be avoiding Ben in the future, oh and Service left some other vehicles paperwork in my car! On a brighter note, the kid that shuttled me home was super friendly and even helped me when I returned to pick up my car ....I'm bummed that I cannot remember his name but I think he is head of the valet service. He was GREAT so at least my experience wasn't totally crappy. More
Not great customer service I went in to get a key fixed. They gave me no heads up that even if they couldn't fix the key, they would still charge me the $90 fee. They told me wr I went in to get a key fixed. They gave me no heads up that even if they couldn't fix the key, they would still charge me the $90 fee. They told me wrong information 3 times and tried to tell me that my key wasn't factory (I confirmed later on that it absolutely was). The communication between the actual guy working on my car and the front desk was so unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this particular dealership. More
Oil changing take a lot of time. I don’t know what is the reason but express oil changing took 2.5 hours. Usually it takes me less than 1 hour at same dealership. I don’t know what is the reason but express oil changing took 2.5 hours. Usually it takes me less than 1 hour at same dealership. More
Terrible service and commitment I made an appointment nine days prior to my service needed. They recommended I come in on a Sunday. After I arrived on time, an hour later they told I made an appointment nine days prior to my service needed. They recommended I come in on a Sunday. After I arrived on time, an hour later they told me they have a smaller work force on Sundays and they were working on another job and there was no way they could do the work. The next day I called the service manager who defended the practice. I dealt with three people and two of the three were just rude. It was clear they really did not care. I will not be a return customer. More

It was the worst experience my wife has had with her car We have a family of seven and own a Dodge Durango. My wife dropped the car off for her oil change that came with the service package she purchased. They informed her it was also under recall and needed a computer update which would take a few hours. They couldn't finish it that day so we left the car with them. The next day they still couldn't fix the recall issue so they said we could have a loaner. it seated 5 for a family of seven so we had to make multiple trips to pick up and drop off our children. The next day when they said it was completed we went in and it was still not working. We took the car back anyway because we needed the 7 seats back and will be taking it to another Dodge dealer. She is so upset she actually wants to trade in the vehicle and not go to another Dodge shop. More
Frustrating I went in for an oil change and that was okay. I was told there was a leak and I needed to bring it back for at least 2 days. I did and was called at I went in for an oil change and that was okay. I was told there was a leak and I needed to bring it back for at least 2 days. I did and was called at the end of the day and told it was ready. No leak. They mistook oil they spilled during the oil change for a leak and all they did was clean it up. I spent several hours in traffic. No apology. On top of that the vehicle stunk. Cigarette smoke that took several days to clear out. They could have at least thrown in a wash. More

At that time they said the ecm was causing problems and needed to be flashed or replaced at a Dodge delearship. The truck has given me ecm errors over the past couple months numerous time. After taking my truck in to Dodge I was told that I needed to replace the two new batteries I put in since Dodge recommends 850cca and my new ones were only 750cca. He also said they recommended I replace the new alternator that was also just put in. I told him both of them are brand new and I don;t think that's the ptroblem its the ecm. He said they checked the voltage and it was undercharging so after they batteries and the alternator they can retest it. I asked him if they can just flash the ecm. He said there is no flash for the ecm and a new one is $3,700 without installation. I said what, I can but a new one for around $500 on the internet and the local parts store. He again said he can start with replacing the my two batteries and alternator for about $1,300 and then they can retest it. I proceeded to pick up my truck from them and paid $190 for them to do nothing. Took it to another repair shop and after them checking it out they replaced all the battery cables and my truck is fixed. I would not trust their service department and will never go there again. More
