Poor communication and lacking expectation setting Scheduled for a warranty recall and oil change. Had loaner car scheduled for entire day. Suggested I just wait but told him I had a meeting I had to attend close by but I would alter my plans and stay local asking service rep to call when service was complete (but that I would plan to pick up between 2-3 hours. 3 hours came and went. I called rep and got vmail. At 3 1/2 hours rep called and said the truck was just getting moved into the garage at that time. I asked if the service would be complete in an hour and he said they needed to end of day. Needless to say I was fumed as I had rescheduled all my meetings and now had to reschedule again. I communicated this to the service rep and nicely stated I was frustrated. Rep finally called at 4:30 to say vehicle was ready just in time for me to have to drive back in traffic. When I arrived, the service rep didn't even go over the work completed, just pointed me the cashier and said she had the paperwork. I have used this dealership numerous other times and the service reps always go over the work and mechanic recommendations. I asked the cashier who I could talk to and stated I was frustrated. The service supervisor came and discussed the situation with me. Explained that they were understaffed. I said the issue was not that it took all day, the issue was lack if communication after resetting my expectation and then not owning up to the mistake and impact it had on my schedule. The supervisor reviewed the work notes and mechanic recommendations, then offered to pull up my vehicle. The cashier asked him about the payment (oil change charge as the rest of the service was a warranty recall). The supervisor did end up covering the oil change so that was appreciated. The bigger impact though was a total (and unnecessary) waste of my day. Lesson learned, take the loaner for the entire day and don't believe any time estimates provided until they call and say it is done. More
Quick and convenient oil change I purchased oil change packages with the dealership. I tried to use that at BELLEVUE location but it was too long line there. Love my Pacifica Minivan. Not a fan of the dealership. I cannot day enough wonderful things about my Pacifica minivan. Rairdon’s as a dealership...not so much. The facility is a dump. No complimentary food or beverages while you wait for service. The service reps always screw something up. This is my third Chrysler minivan. I really like the cars. I have friends in other states that use Chrysler Jeep dealerships and have a totally different experience. More

Lack of follow up This has been one of the most disappointing experiences with a dealer. The representative over promised, under delivered, doesn’t communicate, and I’m still waiting for my car to be repaired. Last I heard the part under warranty was lost, they were overnighting a new one. Still waiting to hear from that representative. In the meantime I’m driving around without a functioning control unit so My speedometer and gas gauges don’t work. It’s been over 3 weeks. No apologies or trying to get it corrected by the dealer rep. I’ll never trust Rairdon with my business again. More
Worst for service , I had to vist them two weekends and spend all these days for simple recalls, no SLA, no updates you need to tell hi and ask for updates regularly. , I had to vist them two weekends and spend all these days for simple recalls, no SLA, no updates you need to tell hi and ask for updates regularly. After spending 6 hrs on my service they mentioned that I need to come again for missing part for a recall - When they don’t have parts why they can not inform upfront not after so that customer can comeback one more time finish his work same time. started my day with 2 hrs time and ended up with spending whole day. Sad part is that they don’t even have shuttle or drop, you are forced to stay at their mercy of time. More

I love the car but the transmission is rapidly becoming a danger to my safety. More
