Lackluster customer service We took our grand Cherokee here to have an oil pump replaced (55,000 miles). Got a call saying the car is done and ready to be picked up. We showed up several hours later, paid the invoice, and were told to they’d bring it right around. I had gone back into the office 4 separate times over the course of 30 minutes to ask about the car, very little regard was shown. Finally after coming in the last time, the office lady seemed to make some sort of effort to actually get the car moved around. It was very clear there wasn’t a single employee who gave a xxxx. This is something we won’t forget. More

15k mile overhaul First - this 15k mile service was excellent - we used the schedule program and brought the car in and were out within 75 minutes. Past: We had First - this 15k mile service was excellent - we used the schedule program and brought the car in and were out within 75 minutes. Past: We had a series of issues from the purchase and prior to the last service that were not good. Including the car having balloons left inside the engine, to not filling up the gas tank, lease error, waiting two days for a day service, and other little things that occurred. We even wrote a letter documenting our experience and never heard anything back from Chrysler. Regarding the Grand Cherokee itself- A really very well built SUV. I have recommended the vehicle to many other friends. I just would not recommend this dealership for service. Recommendations for improvement 1. Do what you say you will do on time 2. After every service wash or clean and vacuum inside the Jeep 3. Fix the Navigation system with an N.E. address and call it it Northeast instead of Nebraska. 4. Pick up and drop off customers when service is required on a Jeep. 5. Improve the customer experience Do well 1. The service department personnel are always very helpful and courteous but unfortunately the dealership itself has a difficult time fulfilling the promises. Take a look at Lexus or caddilac service model and that would start you off well in the future. More

After the third service attempt, what I asked to be checked actually ended up being the problem. Accessory parts installations are not done completely, to the documented instructions that come with the kit. I don't mind paying a premium for dealer service, I do expect to get the premium service that I am paying for. More
