I purchased my 2017 Grand Cherokee from Rairdons and continue to have it serviced With them due to their outstanding customer service. The process usually only takes about 30-40 minutes (so long as there is no lineup of vehicles). More

I called ahead to make an appointment for an oil change. I was told no need because they have express oil change. Their “express” was 2 1/2 hours!! Was recommended that my car needed over $1000 worth of I was told no need because they have express oil change. Their “express” was 2 1/2 hours!! If the person would have checked the computer, they would have seen I already had the work done 20k earlier than recommended. It takes 2 minutes for them to check. I go to a dealer so I can have a comprehensive record and quality recommendations. Disappointed in service for a basic procedure. Will not be back when something more complicated needs to be done! More
