No loaner car as promised. The service rep was nice and helpful but as I said to him I wish they would have called me to tell me the loaners weren’t available because I would have rescheduled without wasti helpful but as I said to him I wish they would have called me to tell me the loaners weren’t available because I would have rescheduled without wasting my time and resources to drive there by 10am with a toddler.
