If I could take stars away, that would not be sufficient to express the poor service at Rairdon in Kirkland. On two separate occasions, they have had our truck for three weeks and have yet to diagnose the i to express the poor service at Rairdon in Kirkland. On two separate occasions, they have had our truck for three weeks and have yet to diagnose the issue. Get pictures, video, and the like because they try to wriggle out from warranty work. I would suggest going anywhere but here. If you don't believe me - go take a look at other reviews. BTW - Chrysler needs to look at its warranty policy - if you are going to make cheap engines, warranty them if you have a decades-old issue. More
