It is evident that your staff feels entitled to talk to the customers they are not making money off of anyhow they please. It was not the battery that cause the defective recalls parts that went out to have get replaced or else that one text would of been answered, but it was ignored. And as for the condescending tones, by the service department, I hope no one will have to go through what I did with these women.
