Sean and the team were so helpful in getting me up to speed on my elderly grandparents service contract and helping take care of the diagnosis. I went through the entire process of purchasing the vehicle online, including choosing options and was presented with a deal sheet I attached a screenshot of. When I went to the dealership, they tried vehicle online, including choosing options and was presented with a deal sheet I attached a screenshot of. When I went to the dealership, they tried to sell me the service plans again, which I declined, but then outright refused to sell me the car unless I purchased a "LoJack system" that had been pre-installed for $799. All I wanted to do was buy the car, with cash, for the price they promised online. It is incredibly disappointing to find dealerships still engage in these types of high-pressure deceptive sales tactics. More
All I can say is this is my second brand new ram truck I bought from them in the last 3 years first was a complete lemon and the engine had to be replaced and the misfiring of a cylinder still continued. I bought from them in the last 3 years first was a complete lemon and the engine had to be replaced and the misfiring of a cylinder still continued. I figured this was just bad luck. My second truck has a faulty 4wd system that still is not fixed and the tailgate would not open properly. I’m starting to think they do not take care of there inventory. More

I’m documenting my personal experience with Rairdon of Kirkland, and it's not a pleasant one. If I could give a negative 10 rating, I would. I've bought cars from them three x since 2018, my negative expe Kirkland, and it's not a pleasant one. If I could give a negative 10 rating, I would. I've bought cars from them three x since 2018, my negative experience could have been 3 times as well without knowing it, YOU MIGHT TOO!! In May 2024, I bought a car and was offered the LOJACK GPS system. The sales pitch was it not needed but heavily implied it was essential for safety, considering my marital status, neighborhood, and local crime rates. Trusting them, I paid $700 cahs for the LOJACK. However, 30 minutes after leaving the dealership, I couldn't connect to it. LOJACK support directed me back to the dealership for assistance.Over the next few months, I returned multiple times and made countless calls, only to be repeatedly told to contact LOJACK. By July, after getting nowhere, I requested a refund for the $700 cash I paid. I suspect they never installed the LOJACK in the first place. On my day off 29th of November, I visited the dealership again. Wendy in sales bluntly told me the LOJACK is non-returnable and non-cancellable. The manager asked me to send an email, promising to discuss it further. Insisting on a resolution since this had dragged on for six months, I was finally told they’d install a new one because they couldn’t find the original. The manager then bluntly said I had to return the next day as the service department was closed and my car was stuck behind their gate. Without any resolution he just said "I'm sorry" and attempted to walk away. He acted like "common its just $700, ok, I heard your problem send me an email and bye". I told the manager, I will call the police if they wont give me my car. They let me wait there, showed me a piece of hardware with wires and told me it was the old LOJACK. Summary: They charged me $700 for a LOJACK they DID NOT install, refused me of a refund, and kept me running in circles for months. Even now, they can't confirm if the LOJACK is in my car since its not detectable on the app. THIS PROLONG INCIDENT IS SOMEWHAT APPEARS TO BE: Like the con artist named Victor Lustig who famously managed to trick people into believing he was authorized to sell the Eiffel Tower, essentially selling it as scrap metal to unsuspecting buyers; referred to as "the man who sold the Eiffel Tower. Facts: Life isn't always fair, and this dealership exemplifies that, in light of free speech, MY COLOR, GENDER, CREDIT STATUS was their ground of being dismissive of my concerns. The warm smiles and bells ring loudest when you're about to buy. Once papers are signed, expect a different story. I paid for a non-existent product and they refuse to resolve it. Calling LOJACK from the app routes you to a medic alert seller. The LOJACK app still can’t connect to my car. Despite my persistent efforts, I've received no proper response, UNTIL NOW. As a nurse for over 20 years, I know the importance of fulfilling commitments. This dealership, however, manipulates numbers and disregards their words' impact. This feels like a well-orchestrated scam. They sold me a $700 device that doesn't exist, and the experience has been nothing but frustration. YES, YOU' RE RIGHT I HAD A LONG DAY THAT DAY WHICH SUPPOSED TO BE MY DAY OFF, AKA ERRAND DAY AKA FAMILY TIME, SO I LOST: *TIME - My kids were deprived of my presence, attention, and time, because this situation needs me to go to this dealership in person with an intention to have this resolved. * ENERGY - I work too hard to pay too high of bills *MONEY - A 5- DAY PAY LOST; 1st and 2nd, my cash payment of $700 (2 days worth of work); 3rd, the day I purchased the car; 4th, the time I attempted to get a resolution from this dealership, 5th the day I spent putting this together, not mentioning the ongoing calls and stopping by their dealership * not mentioning the anguish and shame of "they got me", thoughts of every night before going to sleep "Oh, I will call them tomorrow".
