I made an appointment that took over a month since I requested a loaner vehicle. During the time before my appointment the intermittent HVAC issue had been to work properly again. Kept my appointment requested a loaner vehicle. During the time before my appointment the intermittent HVAC issue had been to work properly again. Kept my appointment explained that the issue got resolved but this issue has been on going for years. There was also an issue with the Bluetooth stereo system. But I am told, “That’s just a Dodge thing.” Thought it would be weird that there wasn’t an issue before but there is not and it’s just a “Dodge thing” So after I explained the initial issue with the vehicle resolved itself. They said “we can take a look.” So I left the car. But when I was trying to find the loaner vehicle. They didn’t have any. So I waited over a month for an appointment to make it convenient for me and the issue resolved itself. There were no loaner cars to be had. After getting over that issue. We waited about 5 days to hear back from the dealer. They said they couldn’t duplicate the issue and nothing they can do. They did suggest a variety of options that could be the issue. But didn’t fix a thing. They didn’t contact my warranty company until the day they said it was done. I contacted the warranty company myself, they were in agreeable with the suggestions I made however I wasn’t the dealer. And since the dealer didn’t contact the warranty company from the start there wasn’t anything they were willing to do. Since the issue went away. So I went to go get my car, and lucky for me I still had to pay them 140$ to look at my car and not fix anything. So I felt blessed for that. Then got told, “ If it happens again bring it back.” Yea. I’ll get right on that. The customer service in the service department leaves a lot to be desired. When I tried to talk to the receptionist I was questioned with who I needed to talk to. Umm I don’t know? I don’t work here I’m a customer. The service writer is nice and sometimes will get ahold of you within the time frame he mentions. The service manager at least has some compassion and is human. I do think he tries to make customers happy and he does a decent job of doing that. More
