Beware these scum bags ,Horrible customer...? Awful Beware these scum bags ,Horrible customer...? Awful customer service, very unprofessional and disappointing. Such a loss to the area. The associate Beware these scum bags ,Horrible customer...? Awful customer service, very unprofessional and disappointing. Such a loss to the area. The associates including management (Patrick the liar) at this dealership are disrespectful, misleading and literally liars. I would never do business with such low class people and would not advise anybody to deal with such unprofessionals. They had no information on the cars they were selling, could never come up with a straight answer and wasted so much of our time. Most of their piece of junk cars don't have a list price and they always say "it's around the same price range." When you sit down to see the price of the car, they let you sit for at least 15 minutes until someone shows up and takes you to a different seat. Also, their prices are outrageous for the cars they are displaying (mechanically deficient and horrible carfax history 'i.e. two or more accidents'). The employees are ignorant in the field given that the prices they request are not even the same as their web price...... More
I went to purchase a truck from rairdon dodge. Patric was a liar and a scam artist. He tried telling me that NADA was not an acceptable source to find the value of a used vehicle which was 3000 less than Kbb a liar and a scam artist. He tried telling me that NADA was not an acceptable source to find the value of a used vehicle which was 3000 less than Kbb's value. He then tried telling me that the banks would not finance me unless I purchased a 3500 dollar extended service plan. These guys are all a bunch of con artists and I would not recommend them to anyone. More
I was in the dealership nearly a year and a half ago..to purchase a jeep wrangler and after being hassled by Doug and treated like a second class citizen because I was what oh yes I woman, and to also be tr purchase a jeep wrangler and after being hassled by Doug and treated like a second class citizen because I was what oh yes I woman, and to also be treated the same by the Manager when Doug pulled my hair and threatend me at work after I spoke with a few other sales men at other dealerships telling me to report him to management I got no satisfaction from Greg Rairdon's Manager...I personally made a call to the owner of the business who brushed me off as an angry customer and told me that Doug was a great salesmen..well low and behold after telling my story to a number of people I don't even need to tell them his name cause as soon as I start to tell them what happened they know exactly what salesmen I am talking about..So really now that you have lost my sale not once but twice and maybe even a third time and I tell everyone what happened at this dealership do you really think that it was worth sweeping me under the carpet..Shame on you Greg for allowing such treatment to happen at your dealership..I realize now that you don't care what I have to say but now that it is out there I bet that more people are aware and cautious when they come to your car lot...Have a nice day, and good luck with future sales... I had a great experience. I knew which van I wanted and needed to drive it and confirm my color choice. I also wanted to sell my trade unless they would give me what I wanted on it. I researched it on t needed to drive it and confirm my color choice. I also wanted to sell my trade unless they would give me what I wanted on it. I researched it on the Internet and found that they clearly had the best prices. I went to the Kirkland store and came home that night with my van at a great price, ended up changing colors by my choice (they had several in stock in the trim level I wanted) and I got what I wanted for the trade. I would buy there again and recommend this store. More
I have an SUV I was trying to get out of, and went there to look at there car. Test drove an Avenger, which was a gutless piece of crap. They told me that because of my trade that it wouldn't be possible, s to look at there car. Test drove an Avenger, which was a gutless piece of crap. They told me that because of my trade that it wouldn't be possible, so they showed me a 07 Sebring which they said would work. Then they told me that because of me being upside down in my rig, that the banks wouldn't finance the Sebring. I told Rob what I wanted my payments to be. The NEXT day, he said that the general manager said that I COULD get the Sebring with my trade. When I got there, the payment was 200 dollars more than what I told them I wanted to pay, but they made it sound like I would get the car for the payment I wanted JUST to get me back to there dealership! Typical bait and switch. Shame on you Chrysler for allowing a dealership to treat customers this way. More
Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice, shame on me...I was looking to buy a new Caliber. No financing, money in the bank. Patric (who claims he is the floor manager) is your stereotypical "gypsy" car sale was looking to buy a new Caliber. No financing, money in the bank. Patric (who claims he is the floor manager) is your stereotypical "gypsy" car salesman. Liar, liar, liar. Ever hear of the ole "bait and switch?". They(he) tried this stunt with me. When are these guys going to learn that today's automobile consumer is for the most part well informed before they step foot into the showroom. I gave these thieves a second chance because they are a local dealership. What a waste of my time. This includes thier HORRIBLE service department that I was forced to use earlier this year. Anyway, they lost the sale, a potential brand loyal customer and to boot one of my coworkers was going in tomorrow to lay a down payment of that new Jeep Cherokee SRT-8 they have in the showroom. Can you say $50K loss? Take heed, and don't let yourself be taken by these scam artists.Take the time and drive to a more reputable dealership. More
