Great Customer Service! She was very knowledgeable, and very good at her job. Although I have not decided exactly what I am going to go with, I am sure I will be returning because of her excellent service!! More

Nightmare from Rairdon My girlfriend and I came into Rairdon to buy a new Charger SRT8. The Rairdon dealership did not have one but they found two out of state that they said we could buy. One of the Chargers was too high priced and it was a red one. The other SRT Charger was a 2013 Black one with red interior. When our salesman showed us the print out of the car and a photo of it, we were told it was a showroom car at a dealership in Idaho. Rairdon said they would sell it to us for $54,000 - we bought it. We waited a week for a call to tell us the car had come in. Rairdon called us on a rainy drizzly day and told us our car was there. We rushed down to pick it up. We trusted that these guys would treat us right and we were WRONG ! Even though it was a nasty day and car was very dirty ( as Rairdon had the Idaho dealership DRIVE our Charger to Smokey Point instead of transporting via truck ) I could see deep scratches on the front drivers fender and closer inspection showed MORE scratches all down drivers side and all over the middle of the hood. These scratches were deep. Patrick Stewart, the General Sales Manager sold us a paint protection package called Cilajet we were told was a $1,000 - $1,200 value for $400.00 and that they would fix the paint. I was skeptical but these guys all seemed nice to begin with so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My girlfriend dropped the Charger off one day and picked it up at end of day but not before being harassed by ( I believe his name is ) Randy Rouch under the Red Team banner in service. He told my girlfriend when she went to pay that it was much much much more than what we were told, basically calling my girlfriend a liar. It was to dark for her to see if the scratches were gone. It turned out they were not. I went back to dealership and had the General Sales Manager come out and look and he felt the car and told me it didnt even feel like it had been Cilajetted. Patrick Stewart told me they would fix the problem. He had a Tom Truex take care of everything so I walked Tom around the car and pointed out front passenger door window has a frosted spot on it that is actually quite large. Tom said they would handle it all. I forgot to mention also that when the Charger showed up at Rairdon's it had 500 miles on odometer before we ever saw it. The last time I got the Charger back I was so angry as now they had COMPLETELY ruined the paint on this car, there are burn marks from a buffer all over the car and this car is BLACK ! I called back and got Tom Truex and after telling him who I was and the horrible paint on Charger, his reply " I thought we were done with that car " ! I have never been back to the dealership and I have taken car to another dealership near where I moved to that recommended I get a lawyer as we were screwed on this deal. I will tell EVERYONE this story when they look at our Charger. Buyer beware of Rairdon in Smokey Point !!! More

Major waste of time, you know u fill UT the "win a truck" they contact u say we'll u didn't win but we got great deals. Yea ok I'll look. First guy up at smokey point rairdon Rich very nice professional got me to come down looking at a 3.0 eco diesel 1500 tradesman. 35k ish depending on package. I meet with Vince another nice guy I feel welcome I'm interested. We look at some trucks I have to leave emergency. I make future appt. Now the fun begins, rich an vince, text me with a great deal I come in an meet up with James Potts yup this is where I get screwed. Right off the bat no idea why I'm there or knows my name. OK test drive my current truck he says very nice. He keeps my keys, which makes me pause. I ask for my keys an his attitude changes. Says the 3.0 eco sells for 60k at this point I'm done. JAMES says u know supply an demand they going for 60k. I am flabbergasted. James says I'm only selling these for 55 - 60k supply an demand I reply I saw them on ur lot for less. He says "fine go find one I don't wanna waste ur time" an pushes me out of door. BTW James try to deny it I video taped it. I have an audio mic all the time to protect myself. More
Initially, my experience with Rairdon's was ok. My salesperson was nice, he did not provide me with a carfax. He lied to me about the car being in an accident. I had to purchase my own carfax to find salesperson was nice, he did not provide me with a carfax. He lied to me about the car being in an accident. I had to purchase my own carfax to find that out. He told me all the necessary repairs would be fixed on my car in fact they have not been because I still have a crack in the windshield. I guess that was a way to get back at me since my car was not delivered in the timeframe that they specified to me. That should have been my first indicator right there. My check engine light and abs light came own within the first 8 months of me owning the car. And I have only had it for 14 months now. How I digress, my interaction today was the worst. I have called and physically gone to this place for 14 months asking for a spare key. I was told my sales rep they had one he would look for it and get back to me. Well that is what I have heard every month for the last 14. When I finally got someone on the phone like the sales manager Tom Truex, he was very rude. He assumed I wanted a "free" key. I say this because he stated to me since it has been over a year, it was doubtful they had a key (which meant he was not going to look), and he was NOT making a new one. I had not asked him for a new one nor had I implied it. Due to his rudeness my husband got on the phone and tried to ask some questions and Tom hung up on him. Out of the ten plus years I have been in the Customer Service field but as a representative and management, I would never treat a customer this way. Regardless of the timeframe. There is nothing wrong with saying, "we do not have a spare it has been too long, you will have to get a new one made." But it comes down to the way that you say it. Since it was not my fault totally in waiting so long ( I was going on the word of the countless salespeople and secretaries) that they would look for the key (I was told I would get in the first place) and call me back. Neither has been done. Thank you Rairdon Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I will NEVER do business with you again. And I will most certainly NOT refer anyone to you EVER!!!!! If you need a car look somewhere else. Because as you can see even with silly matters they cannot professionally handle their business. More
I was a first time buyer when I found the car I'd been wanting for 12+ years at Rairdon's of Smokey Point. Ken Rankin made my experience a very pleasant one, and was very great about working within m been wanting for 12+ years at Rairdon's of Smokey Point. Ken Rankin made my experience a very pleasant one, and was very great about working within my needs & budget; he was friendly and did whatever it took to get my questions answered. When it came to making the final purchase, everyone involved went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience, and I was even able to meet the owner, who was very friendly and excited for my first time car purchase. I was pleased to receive a courtesy call about 2 weeks after my purchase, making sure things were working out well with the car, and to make sure I was happy with the purchase! It was very clear that these guys really want you to have an excellent buying experience! Going forward, I would definitely consider Rairdon's of Smokey Point for my next car purchase, and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking into buying a new or used vehicle! More
We live 200 miles south of this dealer in Vancouver WA. Rairdon had a truck that we were interested in for about the right price. I spent 3 years looking at trucks and prayed about this one. I'm aware of Rairdon had a truck that we were interested in for about the right price. I spent 3 years looking at trucks and prayed about this one. I'm aware of the Dodge Ram trucks weak areas which the salesmen had no idea about. Transmissions (automatic) and ball joints for those of you who dont know. This was a 2001 2500 diesel with low mileage and stock. We negotiated over the phone, made a deposit a few days later, then picked it up Saturday. I'm aware that the dealer has to make money but I want a deal !! I never even drove the truck but went on the testimony of my brother in law who doesn't know about diesels. We were not surprised nor let down upon the pick up. I cannot vouch for the service dept. since we are out of the area. We can vouch for the overall satisfaction of the experience and the sales price. My advice would be to do research, drive your junk car awhile longer, take your time, decide what you really need/want, get an idea of what you'll be willing to spend, monitor the market prices, go get it.We bought the truck in early December of 2012 and are still happy with it. I was told the truck might be gone while negotiating and replied thats fine and another one will come along. Glad things worked out the way they did. We thanked God for this truck which might be a bit more than we anticipated. ( bit more in power and perks) More
A year back again finally needing a smaller car since we are a 2 Hemi family and our commuting is about to majorly increase. 2007 Dodge Magnum R/T. Beautiful car fairly good economy but need something with are a 2 Hemi family and our commuting is about to majorly increase. 2007 Dodge Magnum R/T. Beautiful car fairly good economy but need something with much higher EPA! Again Rairdon Dodge again Vince Porter and this time we were upside down in Equity. As always maybe I am just lucky or I know what values of cars are going for. But got out of my Magnum into a Dodge Dart pretty much fully loaded without being upside down. Again really extremely painless and easy these folks as long as I like Chyrsler vehicle I will continue to purchase from them. I don't understand some of these really low raitings you see here. Too me it sounds like some of these folks are just idiots. It almost sounds like they had a gun held to there head if they didnt sign. And the same goes with the person who said that he looked at a Jeep and then came back 2 hours later and it was now sold. Well I guess he or she should have purchased it then instead of coming back two hours later! Or, put some money down on the table as to show his intent to purchase! Rairdons of Smokey Point is great place to purchase a car. Serioiusly if you want to have fun and truly get jacked around go to with Dwayne Lane Dodge on Evergreen Way in Everett. Now there is a classy place were the Manager behind the glass tells the sales person they can take it or leave it at the top of his lungs so everyone can here. Rairdons is the only place I will shop for my new Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep vehicles!!! 5 star++++++ More
We stopped by this dealership since they were close to our house. We were greeted at the door by Nate and overall he was very friendly, informative and had a no pressure presentation which we really like our house. We were greeted at the door by Nate and overall he was very friendly, informative and had a no pressure presentation which we really liked. This was on a Sunday afternoon and we were looking for a 3/4 ton pick up with a diesel engine so we were interested in the Dodge Ram 2500 truck. Since my Dad has back problems and cannot walk far, Nate offered to go to the back of the lot and bring the truck up to the front-wonderful customer service we thought. The truck was beautiful and we asked lots of questions to which he had an answer for all of them. We finished our tour of the truck and went inside to obtain his card and look at numbers. We were very clear that we were not doing anything that day but his sales manager walked up and Nate introduced us and gave him all of the details. His sales manager explained to us that this was a "today only" price and started in with the pressure. Then, one of us asked about maintenance and his sales manager stated that we only had to do an oil change on a diesel every 12,000 miles. We got a copy of the options report of the truck we viewed along with the written offer details he had quoted us. The option report had the VIN number blacked out. At the time, we we did not know what it was that was blacked out but soon found out when the other dealer gave us an option report to compare to the one we already had so we were sure to compare apples to apples and the VIN number was not blacked out at all. We left questioning the whole oil change thing but put it in the back of our mind. On Monday, we called the diesel mechanic and found out that oil changes need to be done every 3,000-5,000 miles and going 12,000 miles would be out of the question so of course we then contacted another dealer looking for the same truck but hoping for honesty in the sale. We visited the next dealer on Monday and found the same truck for a cheaper price and it had running boards already on it which the one at Rairdon did not. We got a written offer with no restrictions on when we had to buy and went home to sleep on it. On Tuesday, Nate called us to check on his offer. I explained to him that I had found the same truck with running boards at another dealer for cheaper price and told him that after finding out that the sales manager had lied about the oil changes, we felt lied to and were not comfortable dealing with them. He asked details about the other dealership which I would not disclose but I did give him the numbers of the deal. He said he would not be beat by any dealer and asked for a chance to offer me the same package on a truck for a better price. I agreed and he started on it. He called several times on Tuesday checking in, getting more details and to reassure me he was going to be able to give us the same truck with a better price. I had asked for a price every time he called during that day so it was not a matter of me asking for a price-I asked over and over and he convinced me he had to sell the journey to the sales manager for us but he would do that and again stressed that he would not be beat by another dealer. At the end of the day, he called to say he had a better truck with more options for a better price but that he had to present the offer in person and could not quote a price on the phone. He even emailed me an option report with the VIN number blacked out again so I could see what his truck had compared to the one we had found at another dealer. I fell for it and we went down to the dealer Tuesday night to what we thought would be a written offer when we arrived but what we found when we got there was totally different. He again met us at the door with his great personality. We sat at his desk and he took off to "get our price". We explained to him it had to be better than the other dealer and that if he could not do that, it was fine since we already had a great deal in writing on the truck we had seen. He was meeting with the sales manager (same one that lied to us) for about 15 minutes and then came back and said they were $600 apart from the other offer but he was working on it. We explained that we wanted to go home for dinner and thought that this price was already figured out since he had been working on it all day and that he had 15 minutes more to figure it out or we would leave. He said no problem and again went back to the sales managers desk. As the deadline of 15 minutes approached, he came back with his offer. It was below the other offer and it was a better truck. Great we said-lets do the deal and see the truck! That is where it got sticky-he said it was not on his lot and he had to dealer trade for it and that would take up to 3 days to do but he assured us it was local. We decided that would be fine and that we would give him a $2,000 deposit to show good faith and that he would put it in writing that the deposit was fully refundable upon delivery if it was not the exact product with all options presented, or if the VIN did not match or if we found ourselves in a bait and switch situation. We also agreed that if he brought the truck on Friday and everything was as presented in writing, his dealership would be paid in full with a cash payment less the $2,000 deposit. He took our offer to his sales manager and came back and said he could not do that. He stated that he had to wire the $50,000 into the dealer account to be able to pick up the truck and bring it back to his lot so he wanted us to pay for it all up front sight unseen. Keep in mind, our final out the door offer was almost $10,000 less than what he said he had to wire to the other dealer to get the truck. We questioned if his dealership also paid in full up front for all the trucks he had on the lot which of course we knew was yet another lie. He said it was his dealer policy to collect the entire price up front and that if we did it his way and the truck arrived on Friday with even one number in the VIN being different, we were free to sue his dealership to get it resolved. Of course nobody is going to go that route so we confirmed that he could not do the deal and that he did not want to accept our deposit so finalize the deal on Friday, so we we walked out. On Wednesday morning, I got up and got onto the internet. The night before, I had written down the VIN number of the truck he was wooing us with that according to the option report he had was in Monroe, WA at Rairdon Monroe. I simply plugged in the make, model, year and VIN number of the truck into the search engine. When the search result came back, it showed the exact truck we believed we were working on with Nate and it showed that it was available for purchase at Rairdon Smokey Point. So according to the website it had been on their lot all along and it was not really in Monroe at their sister dealership as had been presented by Nate the night before. We ended up calling another dealer (Gwen at Karmart in Burlington, WA) on Wednesday morning. We explained all the details of what we had gone through at both of the other dealers and exactly what had happened at Rairdon the night before, how frustrated we were, how we were wondering if there was even an honest dealer out there that cared about the customer and wondered if they could help us. Long story short, this dealer took care of us and we have never had a better vehicle buying experience! We got our truck delivered by Gwen at Karmart on Wednesday night and she picked up our trade in-how about that for customer service. On Friday, Nate called us again asking if we had gone with the other dealer we had met with and I explained we had not. He explained that he wanted to call us back sooner but had a family emergency and was not available to do so. He asked if we would go ahead and let him earn our business and if there was anything he could do to get us to purchase a vehicle from them. I explained to him that we thought he was probably a wonderful person away from the dealership but that after being lied to and jerked around on the deal, we would not be returning to his dealership to do any kind of business. I also told him about finding the truck on his website by entering the VIN number into the internet search engine and he said that it only came up on his lot because we were within his demographics area but the truck was for sure not on his lot and that he would know if it was on his lot. Really? Another lie! Keep in mind, even if we had not found our dream dealership and had not yet bought a truck, we would not return to Rairdon for any reason after being treated the way were were. I won't even take a chance on taking our new truck there for service-they lied to us from the intial meeting and shame on us for being sucked back into their dealership only to be lied to again. This was a hard lesson learned for us but hopefully this review will help others not make the same mistakes we did. More
