Sent an email and was responded to within 24 hours. Rich got the paperwork and the financing out together in just two days . After the 12 hour drive I traded in my current car and was back on the road home within 2 hours! Friendly service , happy with my purchase !! I realize they are in business to make money but I did not feel at anytime they were trying to take advantage of me, and offered a fair price for my trade in. But the one thing that impressed me about those two and the whole staff in general was how everyone treated my 7 year old daughter. During the test drives, she asked some pretty intelligent questions, and both salesmen responded in a way she could easily understand, and not once did they seem irritated by her constant questions. In the end, I purchased my 3rd new vehicle from them and I will be going back when it's time to purchase another vehicle. Thank you James and Casey! More
