These guys deserve your business I initially was not happy with this dealership. I was sold a vehicle that wasn't quite for me and had some issues with a sales person. But, from that I initially was not happy with this dealership. I was sold a vehicle that wasn't quite for me and had some issues with a sales person. But, from that point forward they were amazing. Sales manager Jason and salesman Vince got me and my family in an amazing car and really worked their butts off to make us happy. Even got free new tires and the detail job on the vehicle was the best I've ever seen. If you're in the market for a vehicle, give these guys the first shot to make you happy. More

I thought it would be just a matter of having the lamps in the gauge panel replaced. But, afterward the center lamp(s) that illuminate the temperature gauge and lower left of the speedometer kept intermittently fading in and out. I took it back and was reassured that all was working again, but the problem has returned. This may be a gremlin, such as a contact that is thermally unstable. I'm not sure if I want to mess with this anymore, and just live with it. Or probe more deeply into it. I used to teach electronics, and even I am baffled by this. Because of some minor manual disability I decided to defer to the professionals on this to spare my hands. I'm put off by the complexity of accessing something like the instrument panel for the simple task of lamp replacement. Cost me nearly $300 for this bit of work. More

They are currently selling my trade in (Stock # 65011779) for $14790. There was nothing wrong with that vehicle, I just needed a truck. They sold me a truck they said had no problems per their safety report. I purchased the vehicle and took it to my mechanic that night. After I went over 35 mph I realized something was wrong. I kept hearing this grinding noise from the passenger side axle. My mechanic did a full inspection and noted that one of the wheel barrings was completely shot so much that the wheel can fall off if I don’t address it soon like in a month soon. On top of that the engine is leaking oil and the side door is jamming. My mechanic is my brother so I trust his word. I called the very next day addressing these issues after purchasing it. Eventually John the new car manager, who was so bitter that he wasn’t “making any money” on the deal throughout the transaction, told me that because I didn’t purchase a warranty they were not going to address the issues. The same warranty they were trying to sell me for $1999 then when I said I wasn’t interested then dropped down to $1225. All I asked was for them to do what was right and he said there was no money in this deal to help me and that I should have paid for the warranty. That warranty if purchased wouldn’t even cover the wheel barring repair. I made them completely aware that they sold me an unsafe vehicle and he chuckled at me several times during the conversation. Bottom line don’t buy a vehicle from this dealership. They don’t do proper inspections on their used vehicles and they’ll laugh at you when you purchase one that’s unsafe to drive. More

Service department not very accountable I purchased my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee from a non- Jeep Dealership in August 2014. I decided to support the local Dealership with any services and oil changes that my Jeep might need. I really didn’t think it would have to spend so much time in the shop and be held there for extended periods of time. The first visit was in January of 2015 for an oil change. All was well at that visit. The second visit was June 3, 2015 the air bag light had come on and there was a loud ticking noise. The air bag turned out to be my seat belt assembly and the ticking noise was the exhaust manifold. Work completed and vehicle returned June 15, 2015. The third visit was June 25, 2015. Went to lunch and after lunch tried to lock the door and the key FOB didn’t work. I got into the vehicle and tried to start it and it wouldn’t start. Had the vehicle towed to the shop. They replaced the control Module and reprogrammed the Fobs. Work completed June 29, 2015. Fourth visit was December 17, 2015. Check engine light on. This time it was the Transmission pump. Work completed December 31, 2015 By this time I am pretty fed up with the service department. They do not call with information regarding the vehicle. When you call to get information you are on hold forever and they only let you speak with one person. Not impressed and certainly do not plan to return for any further service from their group. They do not offer any type of loaner car and two weeks is a long time to be without a vehicle. Fifth visit January 15, 2016- air bag light is on. Now I sat down and looked at my records and low and behold this is the same thing that happened in June and I paid $655.72 to have the seatbelt assembly replaced. I reluctantly return to the dealership. I received a voicemail and returned the call only to be told that Randy is busy and won’t be available for about an hour and nobody can give me information on my vehicle. He calls me back within the hour and tells me it is my seatbelt assembly and they can order one up for me. I then remind him that this is the same issue that I had on June 3, 2015. He checks the records and there is a 2 year warranty on the part. He says he will order the part. I ask if I can pick up the vehicle as I do not have another vehicle to drive until the part arrives, he says yes. I pick up the vehicle and they do call to tell me my part is ready. I drop the vehicle off on Wednesday, January 20,2016. I receive a call an hour later that the part is the wrong part and I can pick up my vehicle. We picked up the vehicle only to discover that the seatbelt had not been reattached to the seat. Friday, January 22, 2016 I call the dealership at 3:50 to see if my part is in. After a long wait they say yes it is and I can schedule my appointment anytime after Tuesday, January 26th. Now I am pretty ticked off as I was on vacation for the week they were supposed to fix my car so not having a car wasn’t too much of an issue. Monday I go back to work. How is this now my issue that they can’t squeeze me in? Over $5900.00 has been paid to this dealership in one year. Now I get to drive a vehicle that does not have an operating airbag. Hope I don’t get in a wreck. I do not recommend this dealership. More
