Service department not very accountable I purchased my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee from a non- Jeep Dealership in August 2014. I decided to support the local Dealership with any services and oi I purchased my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee from a non- Jeep Dealership in August 2014. I decided to support the local Dealership with any services and oil changes that my Jeep might need. I really didn’t think it would have to spend so much time in the shop and be held there for extended periods of time. The first visit was in January of 2015 for an oil change. All was well at that visit. The second visit was June 3, 2015 the air bag light had come on and there was a loud ticking noise. The air bag turned out to be my seat belt assembly and the ticking noise was the exhaust manifold. Work completed and vehicle returned June 15, 2015. The third visit was June 25, 2015. Went to lunch and after lunch tried to lock the door and the key FOB didn’t work. I got into the vehicle and tried to start it and it wouldn’t start. Had the vehicle towed to the shop. They replaced the control Module and reprogrammed the Fobs. Work completed June 29, 2015. Fourth visit was December 17, 2015. Check engine light on. This time it was the Transmission pump. Work completed December 31, 2015 By this time I am pretty fed up with the service department. They do not call with information regarding the vehicle. When you call to get information you are on hold forever and they only let you speak with one person. Not impressed and certainly do not plan to return for any further service from their group. They do not offer any type of loaner car and two weeks is a long time to be without a vehicle. Fifth visit January 15, 2016- air bag light is on. Now I sat down and looked at my records and low and behold this is the same thing that happened in June and I paid $655.72 to have the seatbelt assembly replaced. I reluctantly return to the dealership. I received a voicemail and returned the call only to be told that Randy is busy and won’t be available for about an hour and nobody can give me information on my vehicle. He calls me back within the hour and tells me it is my seatbelt assembly and they can order one up for me. I then remind him that this is the same issue that I had on June 3, 2015. He checks the records and there is a 2 year warranty on the part. He says he will order the part. I ask if I can pick up the vehicle as I do not have another vehicle to drive until the part arrives, he says yes. I pick up the vehicle and they do call to tell me my part is ready. I drop the vehicle off on Wednesday, January 20,2016. I receive a call an hour later that the part is the wrong part and I can pick up my vehicle. We picked up the vehicle only to discover that the seatbelt had not been reattached to the seat. Friday, January 22, 2016 I call the dealership at 3:50 to see if my part is in. After a long wait they say yes it is and I can schedule my appointment anytime after Tuesday, January 26th. Now I am pretty ticked off as I was on vacation for the week they were supposed to fix my car so not having a car wasn’t too much of an issue. Monday I go back to work. How is this now my issue that they can’t squeeze me in? Over $5900.00 has been paid to this dealership in one year. Now I get to drive a vehicle that does not have an operating airbag. Hope I don’t get in a wreck. I do not recommend this dealership. More

Brittany had us out on a test drive in less than 5 minutes. Vincent and Brittany worked to get us a a good deal on our trade in, and a great deal on the sale price of the car. At the end of night we realized we had forgotten the title at home. Brittany had to follow us home (45min) to get it. Great service! More
Worst experince ever at a car dealership and have had a few. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Purchased a 2008 Ford Escape and it had a check engine light they said they would fix. Took two weeks to get the part but had to cancel the appointment and reschedule a week later. Because the starter went out after driving it about 30 miles. They did not even want to hear about this. Replaced the starter and notice the brakes are below normal and will need to be replaced now also. OK they took care of the check engine light so far, but don't trust them that they did it correctly. Plates came in and they said they would take care of installing them when we came in for the check engine. Told them that it had no front holder and they said no problem. Picked car up and no front plate installed. Said it was not on the service order and would call later. Never called and its been two days. Buyer BEWARE of this DEALER SHIP. More

Went to another dealer site, made the same type of inquiry and within 6 hours I had a price and financing approved, that is the way it should be at every dealership. I have no problem with them doing business the way they wish, this is only meant to be feedback and give them reasons why I chose a different dealer for the same exact vehicle and why I drove further to get it. More

Horrible experience ever, worst customer service This place is horrible!! Don't ever buy anything here. First of all if I could give no stars I would. We went in because we saw trucks priced on there website and we go in and the advertised price on the Internet is not even close to the real price. We went to buy a truck for 30,000 as advertised online and go in and they saw its 47,000!! Because we don't "qualify" for the rebates that get it to that price. Second, we wanted to trade in our 2013 Hyundai Sonata and they wanted to give us 3,000 under Kelly Blue Book lowest trade in value. So we walked away because they were liars about the price of the truck and our trade in. During our test drive, they went through our glove box and took out our original papers in it and didn't tell us so as we were driving home after we didn't make the deal I had a feeling they took that because the sales guy knew the original price of our sonata so we looked in there and it wAs gone so we had to turn around and go get that back. Also the biggest thing that happened was we have a push start car so the remote has to be in the car for the car to start so, they took my husbands remote and didn't give that back either. After the deal didn't go through I took my 2 young boys to the car and put them in the car seats and started the car with mine so we get all the way home and then we realized they didn't give us that back either, so we called the dealership and spoke with someone named Patrick Stewert who claims to be the boss of bosses. He was extremely rude and argued with my husband he said it was our fault and just harassing us about the remote key! At this point my husband had no means to drive all the way back there to get as I had our other car, all we asked was someone drop it off at our house. He wouldn't do it and still continue harass us about it. Just horrible customer service skills and we will never buy anything there EVER! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I'm still looking to get in contact with the president of the company since Patrick Stewert said he was the boss of bosses and would not give us another number to his boss because he was not handling this situation appropriately. Great experience overall I wasn't sure if I wanted the new Challenger or the Charger. Rich helped me to decide during a few test drives. I wanted the blue color (They call it B5) and they found it for me. At delivery Rich showed me all the neat things about the car. On a subsequent visit to the dealership I stopped by Rich's office to say hi. He asked if I had any questions (I did have a couple) so we went out for a little drive so he could show me. I loved that he just took the time to show me the features of my new car to my satisfaction. And he invited me to call or email anytime. His attitude is if he doesn't know the answer he will find out! That's excellent customer service support! More
