I purchased a new 22 Wrangler Unlimited at the end of August and on the way home I noticed there was quite the gouge in the back of the steering wheel that was harshly scratching my hand every time I ste August and on the way home I noticed there was quite the gouge in the back of the steering wheel that was harshly scratching my hand every time I steered and my hand went over it. So I kindly texted my salesman a picture asking what could be done about it and he initially said there was nothing he could do about it "since I got a great deal on it" then he finally relented to saying he would try to get me in touch with a service manager. After several check in's from me, no one ever contacted me, so I finally gave up. For a dealership whose motto is supposedly "Culture of Care" they really seem to not CARE if they ever have my return service, nor do they seem to not CARE if they receive my wife's business when she goes to buy a new Jeep, nor do they seem to not CARE if they receive my daughter's business when she buys her first Jeep. Their loss, I guess. Not the worst Jeep dealer in the area, but their customer service and sense of care is severely lacking. Seems like they only wanted one transaction from me, instead of a lifetime of business and I feel severely unvalued by them. BTW they also bait and switched me with a different color saying they couldn't find the vehicle we had agreed to a price on. Guess they couldn't bother to call me and let me know before I drove an hour and a half there for a prescheduled appointment... I'll consider changing my rating if anyone ever reaches out to me. More
