Saying our experience was the worst it’s an understatement. I contacted the dealership Sunday afternoon, looking for a specific vehicle. I was offered one that met expectations. They confirme understatement. I contacted the dealership Sunday afternoon, looking for a specific vehicle. I was offered one that met expectations. They confirmed it was in stock and emailed me videos of the vehicle, which was was available. We arranged a meeting on Monday morning. Prior to arriving to the meeting, I emailed Brandon R. ( sales manager) to let him know I was on my way so they would have the vehicle ready upon my arrival. Brandon replied to email confirming my appointment. I commuted an hour to the dealership and upon my arrival , I was greeted by Brandon and he introduced me to a salesman that was going to show me the vehicle, but this vehicle was nowhere to be found. I was later informed that the vehicle had been sold yesterday. I completely feel that I was lured by unethical business practices and zero transparency! I expressed my frustration, anger , and dissatisfaction. As a business owner my time and my costumers time are valuable. This is something this place should teach their employees. As a long time mopar owner- we have worked with rairdon’s for years now, and their customer service gets worse each time. It is to the point where we will be taking our five cars to a different dealership. T for years now, and their customer service gets worse each time. It is to the point where we will be taking our five cars to a different dealership. They do not respect their young customers nor their requests. When asked if I wanted a specific service, I denied it multiple times… only for them to go and do it. When confronted about the unrequested tire rotation, they had no answer for their incompetent mistake. They up charge an insane amount on an oil change that should be no more than $100. The service department is awful to work with, does not listen, nor contacts you when your car is ready. More
