I received first-rate service on my latest visit to Rairdon's service department. I received a fast and accurate diagnostic on the vehicle and, with all work necessary to perform, I was on the road in Rairdon's service department. I had work done at Rairdon's 7 months ago which involved a wiring harness replacement; an extensive teardown to complete. None of the work that was done on this recent visit was related to the harness which reassured me that the previous job was thorough and lasting. Another thing that was obvious to me in seven months was a vast renovation of staff to the service department management. Pleasant, fast, knowledgeable and efficient! And apparently, all female! A very smart move on Rairdon's behalf. Smart move!! More
