We were very happy with the treatment given to my wife and myself, by both Todd Bailey and Aaron Tolliver, on 01-19-2023. We came there to pickup items out of our vehicle being serviced there and we ende and myself, by both Todd Bailey and Aaron Tolliver, on 01-19-2023. We came there to pickup items out of our vehicle being serviced there and we ended up buying pre-owned vehicle. We were treated with respect and treated like we were part of the family. Both Aaron and Todd are definitely assets to Rainier Dodge and the community, in which we live in. We will definitely recommend them to all our family and friends. Thank you again. Sincerely Brian and Liana Schoening. More
Had an awesome experience with the team here at Rainier Dodge and Ram in Olympia! Brandon Jones absolutely hooked me up with the car of my dreams with low miles and an affordable price! When I first cal Dodge and Ram in Olympia! Brandon Jones absolutely hooked me up with the car of my dreams with low miles and an affordable price! When I first called the dealership I was informed somebody else had already placed a deposit on the vehicle I was interested in. Brandon took down my number and when it became available he reached out and had me driving home in my first choice the same day! Trent and everyone in financing also helped out and covered my pre-owned purchase with an awesome and comprehensive 4 year warranty so I don't have to sweat a thing until my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 is well over 100,000 miles! Top notch team of people who know how their product, they have a radical selection of cars and really know how to treat a customer! Couldn't recommend these guys more! More
I bought my 2020 CPO 1500 Laramie on August 27, at the time of the sale I had asked about a couple things 1) the screen being unresponsive and 2) a big water spot on the roof of the truck. The screen I wa time of the sale I had asked about a couple things 1) the screen being unresponsive and 2) a big water spot on the roof of the truck. The screen I was told that the salesman would check with the tech people in service as it was a button. The water spot he said was from detailing and I could use baking soda to get it off. I made an appointment with service at a closer dealer and I pointed out the horrible detailing job since there was the roof issue with the water spots and then food found in the vehicle. The service department was like that is not from detailing that is from a leak. They confirmed then that the roof is leaking in 3 spots and the screen needs to be replaced on the vehicle, both issues since day ONE on the CPO. I decided at this point I’d call the dealership because I was frustrated. They offered to get me into a new vehicle which I’d loose several thousand dollars doing. I suggested that they extend the bumper to bumper warranty. I heard back today after I called the general sales manager Jeff again and he lost it on me. He was verbally aggressive on the call raising his voice, talking over me and saying I would not insult his staff or service department that they have amazing reviews and I wouldn’t ruin or demand things. Honestly he went on a tirade for 15 ish minutes, I could barely get a word in. I stated that if the service department signed off on it being certified pre owned how would they have missed those two major things. I ended up hanging up the call on Jeff as it was completely one sided and left me speechless on how I was talked to and how this situation is being handled. More
Your mechanics tore off a rubber molding under the hood but will not pay for it because they said something that would come off anyways. Your service manager was very condescending. And I will not use rain but will not pay for it because they said something that would come off anyways. Your service manager was very condescending. And I will not use rainier Dodge again More
