Rainier Dodge is the worst car dealer I have ever dealt with. We had a starting issue and corrosion under the paint on the hood of our 2017 Pacifica. Went in on Aug. 5th and the service dept. had me get with. We had a starting issue and corrosion under the paint on the hood of our 2017 Pacifica. Went in on Aug. 5th and the service dept. had me get an estimate then told me they would let me know. I went in three times and called several times to find out the status only to get excuses. I finally called Chysler headquarters and the hood got taken care of immediately! I then went to I-5 Dodge in Centrailia where they looked at the starting issue and found out the fuel pump was bad. It took them about 5 minutes to figure it out. They were very professional and nice to deal with. What a contrast from Rainier Dodge. I will be buying a new vehicle soon and I will be going to I-5 Dodge when I do. I bought the last two vehicles from Rainier Dodge but I won't be back. Their service dept. is no service. I would give no stars but don't have that option so they get one. More

Trust Looked at aused car they couldn't get payment to where I feel comfortable. Salesman called 3 days later. Asked if still interested. Finance Department is Risky The salesman was great. They were very charming when doing the finance. However, the car was worse then a used car upon delivery. Filthy. Took in i The salesman was great. Took it in for gouge repair by independent provider and fixed. As for sale/finance, problemis: Once they have the contract: Beware!! They set you up for failure! I never received a statement. I called about payment...nothing. A week later I called again: Nothing. Finally I heard from someone after I called on week three: Was told to call the number on a webpage by salesperson. Called the number: Payment was 6 days late!!!!!!! Chrysler took care of it: Rainier Dodge did not give a xxxx. My credit score is around 800 and they almost xxxxed it up. Done with them. No more. More
