2015 Ram 2500 Diesel. Bought new and had many issues with the key fob. Should have been a warranty item. Key would make the check engine light come on. Took the truck to the dealership 5 times. Each service spot was around $100.00 to reset the light to only have it come back on. They never fixed it or even washed the truck. We ended up buying a 2021 Tundra Limited. Not a single issue with the Toyota and by the way two years service included at no charge and they wash my vehicle EVERY TIME. Rainer Dodge sucks. Never buying anything from them again. Casey and his dad should find something else to do then take peoples money and not provide decent service. More
This is our third car we have bought at Rainier Dodge. You would think if you spent that much money on a car even if it was used they would offer you 2 keys . This isn’t one of those used car dealerships you see going down Pac. Ave. in Tacoma. My husband had gone in to get a oil change that day and came back with a new/used car . Mind you it wasn’t a Dodge this time . We asked Trey if he could help us get another key and after two weeks we still never heard back from him .My husband left him several messages but he just couldn’t find the time. Thank you Sam for following through and atleast getting back to him . We were told they would offer us another key at cost . Then we both asked Trey if we could get the oil change added onto our new car . But Trey told us “No”! I feel Trey could of done a better job helping us out , especially since he knew us. We are so disappointed in how this all went down. It will be hard to recommend them to any of our family , friends or coworkers. More
I don't usually take time to leave reviews (good or bad) but I am absolutely appalled that I trusted the service department to give me a fair and accurate diagnosis on my Jeep. I was quoted $150 for an but I am absolutely appalled that I trusted the service department to give me a fair and accurate diagnosis on my Jeep. I was quoted $150 for an hour of diagnostic work. They gave me different stories about what exactly the technician did to determine the recommendation. After questioning the validity of the work, they said they wouldn't charge me for a full hour. They offered me $20 off but also added an undisclosed and unauthorized $20 shop supply fee and still charged me $150 +tax. I went against my better judgement thinking they could offer a more thorough diagnosis, but they weren't able to tell me anything I didn't already know. I called them out and still got taken advantage of. Go at your own risk! More
I had had the most awesome service and experience I have had in over 30 years of automobile purchasing. My sales consultant, Sam LeBlanc is the most professional, courteous and devoted gentleman I have ever dealt with when it came to purchasing my 2013 Chevy Volt. I had explained to him over the phone what exactly I was looking for for a vehicle that would best support my work commute and he was able to have the volt ready for me to look at and take out for a test drive the minute I pulled into the dealership. First impression is everything to me and the fact that Sam came out to greet my son and I before we even had gotten out of our truck and welcomed us to the dealership, told me right off that we were going to be welcomed into the dealership. He had the 2013 Chevy Volt ready for us to look at and take out for a test drive after he showed us the car and ensured we had all the proper documentation we needed to take the car for our test drive. The car is in mint condition, the price was exactly what I was able to afford and the entire sales staff were extremely professional. The financial dept was able to provide me with a very unexpected but spectacular warranty coverage plan for my Volt and the were able to keep my payment where I was wanted to keep it at. What I love the most about my experience is that the second we pulled into the lot, I knew we were going to be in great hands. Just the conversations that Sam and I had prior to my son and I making our way there, told me I was going to be headed to the right dealership. There was no hassle, no hidden surprises. Everyone and everything was up front and honest, sincere and it was I must honestly say the most enjoyable experience that I have ever had at any dealership since I have been driving for the past 32 years. I thank you Sam LeBlanc and the entire sales associates at Rainer Dodge at 2550 Carriage Loop, SW Olympia. You have it right, and you have earned my business. I will be sure to send any one of my friends and family your way if they are in the market for a new and or a used vehicle. Rainier Dodge is the worst car dealer I have ever dealt with. We had a starting issue and corrosion under the paint on the hood of our 2017 Pacifica. Went in on Aug. 5th and the service dept. had me get with. We had a starting issue and corrosion under the paint on the hood of our 2017 Pacifica. Went in on Aug. 5th and the service dept. had me get an estimate then told me they would let me know. I went in three times and called several times to find out the status only to get excuses. I finally called Chysler headquarters and the hood got taken care of immediately! I then went to I-5 Dodge in Centrailia where they looked at the starting issue and found out the fuel pump was bad. It took them about 5 minutes to figure it out. They were very professional and nice to deal with. What a contrast from Rainier Dodge. I will be buying a new vehicle soon and I will be going to I-5 Dodge when I do. I bought the last two vehicles from Rainier Dodge but I won't be back. Their service dept. is no service. I would give no stars but don't have that option so they get one. More
