great service from all i can tell, I'll be using Rainbow to keep my baby serviced from now on. Very good company. I was shocked when I got my bill for $102 for an oil filter change and to rotate my tires.Last time I paid $67 for the same service in 8/23. Poor Service, they forgot to tighten my air filter on my December visit and it caused issues, that I had to pay for myself. Not including the time I watched there techs drinking beer in the shop while worki December visit and it caused issues, that I had to pay for myself. Terrible communication with service staff and their manager! I told her, in front of other customers, that I would handle the "ripped up" air filter they brought out to show me along with my rear brak manager! I told her, in front of other customers, that I would handle the "ripped up" air filter they brought out to show me along with my rear brakes and they still proceeded to replace a $12 air filter with a charge of $30 for a new one and charged $55.00 labor for something that takes 5 minutes.... and again, after I said I would do it myself! When I emailed the manager his staff lied and said 3 of them heard me say replace the air filter so there was nothing he can do and stood up for the new staff and not the customer. If that were so, why didn't they replace the brakes as well since it was said all in one sentence? Pitiful communication! More
