Appt lengthy Oil change, tire rotation and check breaks squealing took from appt time of 10 am to 5 pm. Then to state unable to duplicate issues with brakes. No e Oil change, tire rotation and check breaks squealing took from appt time of 10 am to 5 pm. Then to state unable to duplicate issues with brakes. No explanation on what was done regarding brakes when called and said car was finally ready. Only an hour to get car before close. Got there at 5:59 and doors locked. Had to go through Sales area to pick up car. More
