The service writer was very unhelpful. We brought the vehicle in for a check engine light and it was 200 miles out of warranty. He wanted to charge a large diagnostic fee which I suggested should be cove vehicle in for a check engine light and it was 200 miles out of warranty. He wanted to charge a large diagnostic fee which I suggested should be covered under warranty since it was so close to the warranty period. Rather than having us leave the car, he said we should take it home until he got things straightened out with GM. He called 20 minutes after we left and said to bring the car back. If we intended to call immediately, he should have told us and we would have left the car there. Secondly, after we returned the car to the dealership on Friday afternoon, the service department didn’t touch the car. We ended up having to go get it again to use over the weekend. When we returned the car to the dealership on Monday, they were unable to relocate the issue. The service writer had many opportunities to make this a smoother process for us, but completely mishandled our issue. More

Great dealership, but they can’t seem to find what is wrong with my Yukon. 4 years in a row at the Service Dept after Thanksgiving. Kept it 2 weeks last year. Horrible service. They attempted to return my vehicle with a DEAD rat inside of it. The smell was unbearable. Then they “cleaned” my vehicle and tried to return it to me again after a week. Still smelled with a DEAD rat inside of it. The smell was unbearable. Then they “cleaned” my vehicle and tried to return it to me again after a week. Still smelled like dead animal and they couldn’t even vacuum out the rat droppings in my cup holder. They also “forgot” to take out the plastic bag that the rat tore to shreds and urinated inside of it. After arguing with them, my insurance adjuster and myself decided to take my vehicle elsewhere to get cleaned. A quote from the service manager after I said I was taking my vehicle and never returning in the future.. “Perfect” was his exact words. Some manager he is.. in summary an absolute horrible service department. More
The work was done timely however when they called to tell me it was done they didn't leave me a voice mail. I saw I had a missed call and had to call back to find out what they needed. Then everyone was busy so I was on hold, I had to call back a second time to find out that indeed my truck was done. When I went to pick up my truck the service manager said, "it's out back somewhere" and I had to go find it myself. It was parked almost at the very back so I had to walk around clicking my remote to find it. Not the best customer service but that service manager has been that way to me before. Doesn't care one bit about the person. I take it there because it's closer than Hammond. There are certainly ways for them to improve their customer experience. More
