Service depart gets a poor rating, Communication with the client was lacking. Service manager seemed very rude and didn’t want to help out client when i was told to bring in and they would look at it. Sunroo client was lacking. Service manager seemed very rude and didn’t want to help out client when i was told to bring in and they would look at it. Sunroof leaking brought car in. Sat in open lot for 3 days never heard from service department. When I called they acted like they didn’t have paper work on it, also said I needed to make an appointment, what the xxxx I brought it in like they told me too, and no one looked at it. Good thing I had tape the leaking sunroof or I would have another problem as that night we got 3” of rain. Had to go see owner to get someone to look at the issue. There is NO communication from service department to client. More
