Great in emergency I got a flat tire because my key did not fit the lock to spare tire. It was Sunday so I called AAA for a tow to dealer the next morning. incomplete work order request on 2 issues with truck I have brought my brand new truck in several times for several different problems , they only completed 1 of the items and have never called me back I have brought my brand new truck in several times for several different problems , they only completed 1 of the items and have never called me back since to reschedule with me for the remaining 2 issues problem 1 ( rear end shakes really fast at speeds of 60mph and higher, wheels & tires were balanced and rotated from dealer) problem 2 ( transmission slips after shifting into drive from reverse after backing up once i'm moving forward ) . Very disappointed this time. I brought my truck in for routine servicing. I had a brake issue which was discussed yesterday. I was told that the job would take 2 hours. I have I brought my truck in for routine servicing. I had a brake issue which was discussed yesterday. I was told that the job would take 2 hours. I have always taken my truck to Rainbow which is where I purchased it. Today, the job was finished. The bill was $783.17. This was more than had been discussed and I am not happy with the cost of the repair. As I told Sena, I don't want to look elsewhere, but I think I may have to as Rainbow is getting too expensive. Today, no one explained why the charges were as stated on the invoice. Basically, the attitude was just go over, pay the bill and get on out of here. More

The reason I chose to bring my vehicle to this service center is because I thought something as routine as an oil change and tire rotation would be performed thoroughly. This makes me wonder what else is being over looked. More
