Oil change I regretted getting there 35 minuets prior to opening, was 3rd in line 1st person needed oil change and tire rotation, 2nd person needed oil change a I regretted getting there 35 minuets prior to opening, was 3rd in line 1st person needed oil change and tire rotation, 2nd person needed oil change and check sensor light and I was third. I was informed that there were two mechanics going the oil changes. I didn't get out until 10:14 am. It was taking so long that the second person cancelled his sensor light saying he would come back later that week. I'm sorry but it just seemed too long to wait for an oil I may have to go back to Firestone or an 5 minute oil change. I am partially disabled and sitting that long was very uncomfortable for me. Rear tail lights and battery I made an appointment for 9 am on Tuesday July 16, 2019 and checked in by 9:15. I left my car there to have the rear tail lights checked, the tire pre I made an appointment for 9 am on Tuesday July 16, 2019 and checked in by 9:15. I left my car there to have the rear tail lights checked, the tire pressured indicator checked, and the battery checked. I also requested an oil change and tire rotation. My car was not ready by 5 pm. If fact when I called at 4:30 they had not even worked on it. I believe they worked on cars of customers that were waiting because the waiting room was full. They called the next morning by 8 am to tell me what service was needed. I authorized the service and my car was ready by 10 am. I was disappointed my car was not ready on the same day. There have been other times when my car was not ready because they were waiting for a part. But I was always called and offered a rental. I should have been called this time too. But I would think making an appointment would assure your car being looked at the same day. More
