Great salesperson. Poor manager. I visited this dealership not expecting to purchase a vehicle and after dealing with Brian and Vince in October, the process was so easy and the sales I visited this dealership not expecting to purchase a vehicle and after dealing with Brian and Vince in October, the process was so easy and the salesman was very personable and caring to my needs, also answered every question I had on the spot without having to look it up like most I have dealt with in the past. I was in and out in 2 hours, that's unheard of!! Vince was the person who had me sign my paperwork and he was awesome too! I gave *dealership* (not salesman) 1 star because I overheard a manager sitting in the middle of front office talking loudly making negative statements about another customer calling them "stupid" and "can't buy s***" and thought that was VERY rude to say aloud about anybody, especially when doing business. I later learned his name was Kevin Bravender, and he was referred to as "Rj" so avoid him at all costs! More
