Two suggestions, particularly when someone is buying a luxury car ($40+): 1) Provide two keys with car even if you must inbed cost of doing so in deal. Think most customers would appreciate leaving with two keys. 2) Even if the Auto Theft/Maintenance service sold by Rainbow is not purchased, the vehicle should be FULLY detailed (cleaned/washed) for delivery. Highly impressed with everything about this dealership I went to the dealership with a little hesitance. I didn't want to be wheeled and dealed going by myself without my husband. I went there met with Archie and he was not pushy, very helpful and knowledgeable. The team over there did everything they could to get me in the car I wanted at the note I wanted to be at. I was so surprised at how much they went above and beyond for me. The car wasn't ready at the time I had to leave so he brought it to my house an hour and 20 minutes away. Even after the sale was done they are still very attentive to anything I need. The finance manager Don also made me feel like family. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. From now on, I will never buy a car anywhere else. They are fantastic and sell honest very nice cars. Very knowledgeable salesman,very fair price for used car and my trade in. More
