Used car salesmen....they're all alike! I found a car I loved at the dealership. It was priced too high but I was willing to negotiate. The place where I was so very disappointed was with I found a car I loved at the dealership. It was priced too high but I was willing to negotiate. The place where I was so very disappointed was with my trade. They totally low balled me which is to be expected in that business, but then the sales manager looked me straight in the face and LIED. He told me that because of this and that he could not even sell my car - a loaded 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman S. He said he'd have to take it auction. He couldn't possibly put it on his lot because he just couldn't look at people and convince them it didn't have problems. He just didn't feel right doing it. Blah, blah, blah....... Now, guess what is sitting on his lot? My old car with a price tag $5,800.00 more than what he paid me. Did he think I wouldn't see it? Not unless he is stupid. He just doesn't care. He lied and walked to the bank. Shame on me. I won't make the same mistake again. DO NOT TRADE YOUR CAR TO RAINBOW!!!! They lie and they will rip you off!!!! Live and learn! Now I'm just waiting to see what is wrong with the car I purchased. I'm sure there is something they lied about. More
