He was always there to greet me with a smile, was extremely patient, not pushy, and was very knowledgeable about the several makes I was considering. Even though the dealership did not have the exact vehicle I decided upon, Roland assured me that he could get it. With a vast array of auction resources at their disposal, he assured me that all I had to do was make a list of the options desired, and they would find the car I wanted within my budget. Within 6 weeks, the perfect car came up and they purchased it for me.
