Several times i waited on hold or for a call back and never got a call back. Was misinformed on changing my tire sizes. Was led on to believe my truck would be done within a 2 week period only to find ou never got a call back. Was misinformed on changing my tire sizes. Was led on to believe my truck would be done within a 2 week period only to find out they had not even started on it after 3 weeks. Was told that they would provide a rental ride since the repair was so behind and then never received any further call or information on the matter. Was told at the latest the repair would be done by Thursday and again had to call myself Thursday evening to see if they were completed and still were not finished. Only to be called 30 minutes before closing time that the repair was complete so I had to immediately find a ride to be able to get my truck before they closed. All in all was the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a service department and I have been servicing my vehicles here for over 10 years. I will likely take my business elsewhere due to the inconsideration and blatant lying about the whole situation. More

I bought 2 trucks here. Oil changes here since 2015. Anything else I need for truck , I get here. --- so my a.c. goes out. The staff tells me there is no leaks. I said "i don't think it can just evaporate without a leak" they said it can. So they charge the freon into it and it is working. Next afternoon it is not working again. I take it back and they check it and tell me it's the evaporator core. (I believe I'm saying that right. --- Now, I have done paid them a little more than $480 dollars for a misdiagnosed problem.
