Dropped truck off with an appointment. Was early dropping it off. Was told I would receive a call to let me know what was wrong with my brand new ram. No call. She said tech was driving it now and would let me know something. Still no call back. Waited till end of the day and still never received a call. I called and asked again what was going on with my truck. She put me on hold and went and asked the technician and he needed it longer to diagnose the issue. Agreed to leave it again for another day. Service lady said she would call me with an update by lunch the following day. My truck was parked in a stall behind the service shop and never moved from its spot. On the Thursday afternoon all the way till I came in at 2pm to get my keys. Was not told about any issues other than the technician said something was wrong the day before. So with that said, I was lied to continuously about what was going on with my truck. When an appointment is made to have a truck diagnosed and or repaired you don’t put it on the back burner to turn hours on better paying jobs. Customer service can make or break a business and I know because I am a business owner in the automotive industry. I never received a call from anyone about my concerns or my truck. So my business will be taken elsewhere. More
