I called Rags to Riches about an Suv I found online. Although that vehicle was not the right one for us, Steve (the owner) called me back personally shortly after to let me know about a couple of other vehicles that fit my criteria. He was very patient and informative. He even worked out the price over the phone with me. I was not able to come down in person because of my child so Steve offered to let my husband come down, pick up car and bring it to me for a test drive! I was incredibly impressed with his customer service skills! My husband and father in law went down to Rags and Riches and sure enough the Caravan was exactly as Steve described it to me. Thank you Steve!! We bought the Dodge Minivan and my husband is already planning on buying his next truck from Steve. Buying a used car was not a positive experience until I found Rags To Riches. There are so many shady people just trying to make a buck. What a relief to know there is still honesty and integrity in the used car business. Thank you so much Steve!! More
