He has a photocopy of a 7 year old title that was signed by a seller but no buyer, and expected us to believe that he would mail the original to us and that's all we needed. He claimed the original was at the bank and couldn't be retrieved until the next day, even though we'd wait. Why he didn't have it on hand already I don't know, he'd known for several days that we were coming to look at the car. Also every time we asked him about the loan or lien that was reported on the car just the previous month, he told us that we shouldn't worry about it and that Carfax couldn't be trusted. All of this was said in a rude, loud, angry, argumentative voice after he interrupted us every time we tried to talk. I finally stood up and said 'we're out of here'. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to stay as far away from these crooks as possible. More

We were assured the car was in excellent condition and we paid more than blue book because of the smoke and mirrors. The check engine light came on within 24 hours of purchase and the car broke down within 2 weeks. Shawn, the owner, has not returned emails or phone calls. Do not buy from this dealership! More
go somewhere else I purchased a vehicle from them. Its been 45 days and im still waiting on them to do the paperwork for the license and title on the vehicle. After num I purchased a vehicle from them. Its been 45 days and im still waiting on them to do the paperwork for the license and title on the vehicle. After numerous calls and even more excuses they sent the paper work but the person put the wrong address on it. No apologies, no contacting me nothing and even if I want to file a complaint with the Oregon DMV it'll at best cause a fine and nothing else. So I'm going to post every where I can do not do business with them. Please spare yourself the hassle and most of the reviews are negitive that's not good More

We took it for a test drive, the check engine light came on and it began to shake violently when we gave in gas. We managed to get it back. Told himbwhat was wrong. He said no probe, no problem, I fix it. He then proceeded to have up start the credit check and paper work to get the car. We said NO. Not until it is fixed and we have a successful test drive. He seemed irradiated but said fine. He called next day said it was fixed. Said the problem was it was low on oil. Yeah right. We came and test drove it again. SAME THING HAPPEND. we got back said thank you and left. We decided to check the reviews of this place. ALL REVIEWS ARE VERY BAD!!!!. Turns out he changed the name of his business because he had so many bad reviews under it. It is now called Shawns. LISTEN TO ALL THE REVIEWS. STAY FAR AWAY. More
Do NOT buy a car from these people. I recently bought a used Toyota from them and the engine seized after a month. I took it in to a mechanic and they found out that the oil filter had been preloosened and used Toyota from them and the engine seized after a month. I took it in to a mechanic and they found out that the oil filter had been preloosened and the oil light had been tampered with. These people literally vandalize their cars before they sell them. Do NOT ever buy anything from these criminals. More
All in all, we had a pretty good experience with this dealer. They let us test drive the car without a dealer employee along for the ride. The car had over a quarter tank of gas in it (a lot of dealers keep the tank just about empty), so I was able to give it a pretty thorough test drive. Mike was friendly, and didn't hover while we were walking around the lot. Pleasant to deal with, no pressure. They were helpful as I was poking around the car, scanning for OBDII codes, etc. Depending on the age of the car, we budget for at least a little post-purchase work, as most used cars aren't perfect. We do our best to determine how mechanically sound a car is for ourselves before buying ($100 paid to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection is cheap insurance). The vehicle we purchased from Rafahi ran well, was in good mechanical condition, and was in very good cosmetic condition. It was 12 years old, with 124k on the odometer, and needed a few hundred dollars of work to take care of some maintenance items (tranny fluid change, replace a leaking power steering hose, and replace a tensioner). It's a good car, and should last. As for price, we're OK with what we paid. The price I was quoted when I first looked at the car was not available when I came back 3 weeks later with my wife, ready to buy the car. We ended up paying $180 more...not a huge amount, but a little disappointing. Overall, our experience with Rafahi was positive. We would buy from them again in the future. More

The worst experince I ever had dealing with anybody! I got a car from Rafahi auto and as soon as I payed and went to drive away the car door would not open, they said the would fix it. then it ran out of got a car from Rafahi auto and as soon as I payed and went to drive away the car door would not open, they said the would fix it. then it ran out of gas in the parking lot! They brought me gas but not enough to get to the gas station. I drove the car home and the check engine light came on and the car overheated! Two days later the car started making a terible knocking noise from the engine. the mechanic said it would be over $1000 to fix it! I brought the car back to Rafahi they said they would fix the door and take a look at the engine, they did not, all they did is make the door worse and give me an outrageos price to fix it. They do not return phone calls. When I went to pick up my car I was in my military uniform and I was treated even worse! BEWARE!!! This is the worst kind of business they will take your money and run!!! More
