He made the process so smooth and even came to update me when the oil change was complete before the team washed and vacuumed my car. Will definitely reach out to him directly to get my car serviced next time. I was very pleased that I was able to work from the service center and the vanilla latte was much needed and delicious. I was able to have my car serviced and be home in time for my afternoon meetings. More
After a twelve year relationship with Radley I have to walk away. Took my car in for service last week and for the first time felt like I was getting really ripped off. I understand I’ll pay more for ser walk away. Took my car in for service last week and for the first time felt like I was getting really ripped off. I understand I’ll pay more for service at Radley. I’m totally ok with that fact. But the quote I got for a valve cover repair was beyond reasonable. I’m not a mechanic but I understand the basics of what car repairs should cost. I ended up having a Honda dealer do the repair for $600 dollars less. The explanation I received for the repair cost at Radley was really unsatisfactory. Funny but I never got a follow up call from the dealer on how my visit went! Dan in Arlington. More
I purchased a F150 from Radley and I am very satisfied with the experience. We negotiated the terms online, and I traveled from New York State with my trade and was finished in no time. Everything went of with the experience. We negotiated the terms online, and I traveled from New York State with my trade and was finished in no time. Everything went off without a hitch. I love the truck and I would recommend this dealership to anyone who would ask. Cade was my salesman and he was a true gentleman. Thank you! More
Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. The sales team, Brian Nichols and Evelyn did not handle a “mistake” well at all. They stated the vehicle had a feature (navigation) but I didn’t see it d sales team, Brian Nichols and Evelyn did not handle a “mistake” well at all. They stated the vehicle had a feature (navigation) but I didn’t see it during that test drive. I mentioned I had another vehicle we were looking into the next day at their sister company that was $3k less. She looks up the that vehicle and says their vehicle was equipped with a premium and technology package. I asked her for the details on the packages. I see navigation on the vehicle paperwork and on the package she gives me. I asked her to please verify that it had navigation because I didn’t see it on the screen during the test drive. Their pricing offer was acceptable if it did. She came back and said she verified. She then proceeds to give me the paperwork that shows navigation system. I accepted the price and the paperwork starts. 2.5 hours later all paperwork done. She gives us the keys and is putting on the license plate then casually mentions it doesn’t have the navigation. She knew before that moment but it was the moment we were about to drive off. I then tell her that is problematic because the pricing increase was worth it based off of those options. She gets the manager Brian to which tells me he apologizes BUT I should have caught it during test drive. He says it was a honest mistake on her behalf because it was on the paperwork which is when I told him that is why I asked her to verify. He then says “I apologize for giving you a military discount that you didn’t deserve because you are department of justice.” What kind of apology was that? Both my husband and I are vets I just so happen to work for the Department of Defense as a civilian as well. My husband is a retiree. Super frustrating and waste of time. They refunded my downpayment but wouldn’t give me anything in writing saying the deal was canceled. Pretty sad state the car business is in today. More

Don't buy Acura from this dealer otherwise you will have the worst customer service in your life. I Purchase a 2021 RDX on August 21 of this year. The second day the car started to make a strange noise insi the worst customer service in your life. I Purchase a 2021 RDX on August 21 of this year. The second day the car started to make a strange noise inside , I took it to the dealership twice, they couldn't fix it, they told me they would order the part that will arrived in 2 weeks, nobody called me, wait almost a month, my husband call them and they told him that it would October 24, today is 25 and no one from the dealership has called me to give me an explanation. This dealership only takes advantage of customers after after they sell the car they disappear. I also asked for a refund before 30 expired and they told me they can't do that. I am very disappointed because this is my third Acura car and it will be my last. I will never, ever buy an Acura. I work in customer service and I know that customer satisfaction must be the most important thing. and here I had 0. More
I went back & forth via emails with Pedro Romero, we finally came to an agreement -the stipulation was to finance with them -we had already been pre qualified with Capital One. I explained that we were finally came to an agreement -the stipulation was to finance with them -we had already been pre qualified with Capital One. I explained that we were from Maryland, an hour and some minutes from the dealership, that I didn't want to waste mine or their time. They ran my credit app via online with their in house financing. A hour or so later I had to reach out and ask about the status -received an email stating we were approved. Great, right?! No, that is when the real fun started. They're great at playing games. After dealing with Pedro all morning, I received a call from Christian, he couldn't even spit out a coherent sentence with all the lies he kept trying to sell me on. Apparently they only ran my credit through 2 of their banks, one being Capital One (they already knew I was approved through Capital One). The Ally bank denied us, so they said, but couldn't answer why I received a congratulatory email with approved financing. I asked to speak to Pedro -was put on hold & then conveniently the call dropped on their end. I called back... I finally got Pedro -he seemed annoyed and was rushing me off the phone. He let me know that someone was in the dealership looking at the car we were interested in and that he would call me back if the deal didn't go through with the other buyer. But that they had to offer the first come customer the chance to buy the car. I could tell I was being strung along by the nonsense Christian was trying to sell me, and with Pedro's very clear patronizing tone with me. During the last 30 minutes of this, unbeknownst to them, I was speaking with them on my cell phone, in their parking lot. I walk in right after being told the car was being seriously looked at by another potential buyer - I walked up to the nearest desk, explain I wanted to view/test drive the 2016 Kia Sportage I had seen online. Within a minute I was walking towards the vehicle by Tony. The car reeked of cigarettes' smoke, the paneling and upholstery were yellow from the nicotine. I asked Tony if the previous owner was a smoker, he said not likely, that not many people smoke in their cars anymore, but he did noticed and agree it was probably a smoker that last owned it when I pointed out the very obvious staining from nicotine. We test drove it, the car just felt dirty but we were willing to overlook that, figured we get a detailed cleaning after purchase. We went in to see if we could work out a deal. The price I received earlier that day from Pedro was $15,930 (they agreed to take off the dealer processing fees of $795 -note to unaware buyers, processing fees are not legally required, like taxes are). Tony comes back with a quote for $18,000 and some. I explained to him that I was already offered the deal of $15,930, and that was before I viewed the car -that surely they would either lower their asking price to compensate for the cleaning that would need to be done due to the smoke damage (not to mention the CarFax showed moderate damage to the left rear and side of car). Nope! Tony went back to the sales manager, came back after 20+ minutes to say that, that was their final offer. I'm sure once they realized that Capital One was offering a better APR/term length than their in house financing was, they realize they weren't going to be able to make a killing on this deal -they just figured they weren't going bother with me as a buyer anymore. I got up and walked out and they had no problem watching me leave, after driving an hour to get there and hours wasted on line. Never even got introduced to Pedro. Please don't give them your business. They are looking for buyers that are desperate, that will take any financing they can get, even if it means they end up paying twice what the car is worth. Disgusted with the whole ordeal. Oh & BTW, still waiting on that return call from Pedro with the outcome of that other "serious buyer". Liars and scammers. Buyers beware! More
