Paid over $1000 to get my vehicle serviced on 11/12/2022. Was informed that everything was great, the battery had was just a little low and Radley Acura recharged it. On 11/14/2022 the car won't start! Seat Was informed that everything was great, the battery had was just a little low and Radley Acura recharged it. On 11/14/2022 the car won't start! Seat was wet when I picked the vehicle up and they left an empty can of freshener in the vehicle. More
Terrible experience for my dad at Radley Acura this morning. When you buy a car, they are so nice to you, but once you leave there with the car they don’t give a crap about you. My dad just bought his morning. When you buy a car, they are so nice to you, but once you leave there with the car they don’t give a crap about you. My dad just bought his MDX less than 30 days ago and his car battery was low which caused the idle stop to not function. He brought it in and they tried to charge him for a new battery even though it’s still under warranty. After going back and forth with the service department and waiting for Mo, he still had to pay for labor? Why? Terrible customer service. Will never recommend anyone buying a car here and/or servicing their cars here. They took advantage of my dad because he is not a native English speaker. My dad was extremely upset about the service he received today. More
I was there for warranty work done on my new 2023 MDX Advance. The Heads Up Display and passenger side interior window bolster were replaced. Upon leaving the dealership I noticed the instrument panel an Advance. The Heads Up Display and passenger side interior window bolster were replaced. Upon leaving the dealership I noticed the instrument panel and steering wheel column were dinged and scratched, and the dynamic drive know no longer worked. I immediatly notified the service writer with no response so I scheduled service at another dealership. The next day the piano black dashboard trim popped off and the driver side console later trim separated from the console ⅛". I was able to snap the dashboard trim back on but not the console trim. The other dealer reconnected the dynamic drive but no the damage and trim issues. More
Unless you like to throw away money, be profiled, and taken advantage; avoid this Acura Service Center at all costs! Today, I went to Radley Acura to get my 2013 ILX serviced. Habib Karefa-Smart was taken advantage; avoid this Acura Service Center at all costs! Today, I went to Radley Acura to get my 2013 ILX serviced. Habib Karefa-Smart was my Service Consultant and he profiled me as a young woman to be taken advantage of. I stated to him the maintenance code (A123) from my dashboard and he immediately up-charged my services; NOT informing me of the Acura recommended service for my maintenance code. This up-charge was done prior to a mechanic/technician assessing my car and making their recommendation(s). Service Consultant, Habib Karefa-Smart, used intimidation and pressure tactics to persuade me to agree to services totalling $765.00. After agreeing to a portion of these services, the cost seemed egregious so I called three other Acura Service Centers to compare pricing. To my surprise, their pricing for the full A123 maintenance ranged in price from $380.08 to $400.50. Upon this discovery, I was livid. Ultimately, I reached out to the Service Director, Sohail Nasim, and spoke with him at length about the service I received from Service Consultant, Habib Karefa-Smart. He assured me that he would speak to Service Consultant, Habib Karefa-Smart, about his honesty and not pressuring customers to commit to up-charged services without informing them of the Acura recommended standard service and associated costs. It pains me to think about all of the previous services I've had at this dealership as I have no idea if I was up-charged to premium services that weren't needed; when I was under the impression that I was paying and receiving the standard service. I'm very concerned for any customer (especially, elderly, women, and youth) that are relying on their Service Consultant, like Service Consultant, Habib Karefa-Smart, to receive HONEST, INFORMATIVE, and ACCURATE information about the services they are requesting and receiving. Shop around and proceed with caution! More
