The finance office will try to upsell you with something; that's their traditional job. I politely declined because I had a tight budget. I liked the finance manager for being respectful. It was a win-win. Nader also obtained the vehicle in the color combo that I preferred and did an excellent job of enabling and showing me the many features of the car. He was very professional. More
We bring all our honda's to see nando at Radley Acura, Fall Church. Although it is a dealership they have always been honest with us and explain everything to us about the repair. He has never suggested unnecessary issues unless he feels we dont understand the safety factor. He tells us of repairs to think about in several months and gives me an estimate of the cost. Allowing us to shop around for repair costs. But we always return, the little savings is not worth getting original oem parts. We have used Radley for over 20 years and still have vehicles running like new with over 190,000 miles and no signs of stopping. Overall costs have been minimal in fact our 2003 tl usually only needs oil changes and inspections. And still has the appearance of when we first bought it. More
