The car salesman Roland Zizer was pushy, passive aggressive and rude at times during my car buying process. I felt like a number and not like a customer. When it came down to buying the car, during my final walk around I noticed minor scratches that weren’t on the car when i first viewed it. When I pointed them out and asked them t be buffed out. Ronald became defensive and got an attitude with me because I pointed out these issues out and wanted them fixed before driving the car off the lot. I also had an encounter with the general sales manager, Jesse Reeves that didn’t make me feel appreciated as a customer. I spoke with him on the phone to tell him I wanted to come in and talk with him about pricing, but when I got to the car dealership, I waited an hour for him to come and talk to me. Meanwhile, Roland relayed all of my questions to Jesse as he sat in his office. More
