There was problems from the get go and they agreed to fix it but being a woman I was taken advantage of. I took this car back to the dealership twice to be repaired and the repairman was rude and so hateful to me, the salesman said he was like that to everybody, like that made it okay. The problem wasn't fixed the first time so I had to take it back. I guess they was just hoping they could tell me they fixed it and I would just go away. Never once did the apologize, instead I was treated harshly. The second time I asked for some paperwork showing what had been done so that I could have service records on the vehicle and the repairman did not want to go though the trouble of printing something up but did because I insisted. Now, a year later I still owe over $12,000 on a car and have done $2,000 in repairs and I'm told I need a whole new engine which is about $3,000. Nothing but problems out of this car every since I've had it and basically this 2007 GMC Envoy Denali isn't worth fixing or worth what I owe on it. Never have I felt so taken advantage of. The salesman was so nice when I purchased the vehicle but that only lasted until the papers were signed, once I called a couple of days later with problems they were anything but nice. They got one over on me and took me for thousands of dollars but hopefully this review will save someone else. This place needs to be shut down.
