The top on my convertible was rotting after only five years and was garage kept. Nissan was no help at all but the people at DCH Freehold Nissan were so understanding and comforting to me. I am so happy because I know I am right and the top never should have been in that condition after such a short period of time. Mr. Leone was wonderful and took the time to go over the entire situation with me and then Mr. Cottrell called and I was relieved that they understood and agreed with me. Not only did mark just sell me a car but instead he made sure himself that it was the correct car to fit my life. Mark made me feel confident that I was choosing the correct vehicle and he was absolutely truthful and honest when it came to any questions or concerns that I had about choosing a vehicle. He was also so friendly and Without a doubt I will reccomend the dealership to my friends co workers and family when they are ready to buy a car. I am a very old school person when it comes to business deals and one thing i always look for is honesty. He is one of the best service representatives I have ever encountered in my history of driving, with only a Saab dealership coming close many years ago. Rui is polite, patient, clear, informed and honest. His advice has been consistently accurate and his guidance has been invaluable. I would encourage DCH Freehold to recognize Rui's value and to make sure that other service representatives are on par with him. I would bet that his other clients are equally impressed. The customer service is great, the Service Adviser always explains everything to me so I can understand and even when I can't afford all recommended services he will explain which ones are the most important to be performed and I really appreciate Customer Service like that during these hard economic times. I feel that the quality of work is great as well and my oil changes and other repairs are always performed fast and I am never kept waiting. The Service Department employees are always very friendly and that helps a lot because many car issues can be confusing at times and their friendly attitudes always help. The prices are perfect too. Even If I could go to a quick lube type place for my oil changes and pay a little less I no that I would not get the service that I get from Nissan. I know they take the time to check my tires and advise me on upcoming required services. PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! More
