The top on my convertible was rotting after only five years and was garage kept. Nissan was no help at all but the people at DCH Freehold Nissan were so understanding and comforting to me. From Sales to Service DCH Freehold Nissan is hands down the best. I am on my second Nissan from DCH Freehold and so is my sister. The customer service is great, the Service Adviser always explains everything to me so I can understand and even when I can't afford all recommended services he will explain which ones are the most important to be performed and I really appreciate Customer Service like that during these hard economic times. I feel that the quality of work is great as well and my oil changes and other repairs are always performed fast and I am never kept waiting. The Service Department employees are always very friendly and that helps a lot because many car issues can be confusing at times and their friendly attitudes always help. The prices are perfect too. Even If I could go to a quick lube type place for my oil changes and pay a little less I no that I would not get the service that I get from Nissan. I know they take the time to check my tires and advise me on upcoming required services. PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! More
