I was greeted very professionally and efficiently by Liz who is extremely knowledgable and very intuitive. She reasoned very effectively my vague report on the unusual sound I was hearing and made a clear reference for attention to it. I always request service with Andy Plank because of his superior knowledge and high quality service. And this visit proved why I am so trusting of their total quality of care I receive by them both. A major necessary repair was detected to replace my worn out struts. I was advised to return the next day 5/7 for a complete replacement of top quality Toyota strut parts. I did and there became a need to also install new shocks and so called "boot insulators." It was required that my Solara remain overnight and I was offered car service or a rental for my transportation needs. What turned out to be a very expensive and time consuming unplanned car event was handled extremely well and efficiently at a top level of customer and automobile quality service. So all of the above facts lead to one very important message I must share with you. Your wonderful staff members, Liz and Andy, represent a highly regarded reputation of your DCH Nissan Service Department. I freely recommend the integrity that is available at your service business to anyone I know who is in need of top qualified and highly efficient service providers. Thank you! More
My sons 2013 Nissan Altima was due for service so I went on-line to make an appointment. I picked a date and time and scheduled the appointment effortlessly. My on-line appointment was followed by a very on-line to make an appointment. I picked a date and time and scheduled the appointment effortlessly. My on-line appointment was followed by a very polite telephone call from a Freehold Nissan representative confirming my appointment. When I arrived at the service facility a greeter immediately welcomed me and checked in my vehicle. He then escorted me over to my service writer Jennine Lakes who was waiting for me. I then observed the greeter placing a protective floor cover down in my vehicle and encased my front seat with a plastic cover to protect that as well. Very considerate ! Jennine Lakes was professional, courteous and very efficient. She listed to what I wanted done and made a few suggestions to me that I happily added to my work order. I wanted to wait for the vehicle and Jennine clearly marked on the service request to expedite my car because I was waiting. I sat in a clean and comfortable waiting area and enjoyed a breakfast snack and coffee courtesy of Freehold Nissan. Before I know it, the car was complete. Jennine came out and informed me that everything was done, she explained the invoice to me and escorted me to the cashier, who by the way was also very professional and courteous. I have to say that I was very impressed with the efficiency and the professional manner in which this service center is operated. The price charged for the work I had performed was very fair. This was an excellent experience and I have to commend the management of Freehold Nissan service for maintaining a very efficient and professional staff. My son bought this vehicle at Freehold Nissan and he was extremely happy with the manner in which he was treated by the sales staff. All in all this is a very good dealership and I would recommend them to anyone. I am considering the purchase of a Nissan Rouge from this dealership...If and when I do, I will let you all know how my experience with the pricing and deliver were. Its an excellent dealership, but the price of the vehicle is also very important...To be continued... More
Wonderful purchase experience. Maria Springer was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. There was none of the "pressure" you might find from other dealerships. I dealt with my sales pro friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. There was none of the "pressure" you might find from other dealerships. I dealt with my sales professional only and after we shook on our deal, I met the finance representative, Tony, who was equally friendly and professional. In about one hour, I pulled out of the dealership in my new car. What a positive experience at DCH! More

I was so nervous and confused as to what was wrong with my car. Jennine Lakes was AMAZING to work with! She not only calmed me down but assured me they would do everything possible to assist me and my car to its full service. DCH did more than that. The quality of care for their customers was outstanding. I’ve never been treated so respectfully, especially in a dealer, before. Jennine helped me with the whole process, and always made me feel like she and the DCH team, would make my car a safe place for me again. I really have no words for this excellent service. Cathy was also super sweet and helped assist me as well. The whole staff at DCH from driving into service center to the actual service people who worked on my car, all work as a team. I can’t tell you how much that’s appreciated. I would highly recommend Jennine, Cathy, and the whole DCH Freehold Nissan dealer. I’m a fan of Nissan cars anyway, but if I ever need anything else done, or looking for a new car, I will 100% come back and recommend to my friends and family. Thank you Jeninne!!! More

I took my car to be diagnosed because I felt the transmission was slipping, it was losing power, and the ride did not feel safe. I explained all of this to you and within 30 minutes you came back and shared that it was the electrical grounds. You shared that ‘all of this was caused by the grounds and I would have to get it cleaned’. I asked my service rep if they took the car for a test drive and he said ‘no’ we just put it on the diagnostic machine. I was a bit taken a back. Yes I know I am a woman and god forbid we know a little more than where the gas tank is on the car. I asked my service rep to please take the car for a test drive (I can’t believe I had to actually ask for that), because in my opinion what was going on in my car was not just a grounds problem. Another 30 minutes passed and they found that all of the problems where based on the grounds and I was given a 500 dollar total to get it fixed. I asked ‘so this would fix the ride, the noises, the shifting, and the lack of power’, I was told yes. I decided not to do the work that day because something just told me otherwise. I paid my 130 diagnostic fee (which believe me you guys don’t deserve). I took my car to another Nissan Dealer. This is what was wrong with my car, Transmission Failure as I suspected it was slipping, My timing belt was broken (which could’ve caused me to have an accident if it snapped), and my lower control arms where broken (which was the instability that I told you guys about). How is it that another Nissan dealer was able to find all of these issues yet you guys failed to do proper mechanic diagnostics. The mechanic shared that if this car was taken on a test drive based on the noise coming from the engine, and the noises coming from the lower control arms when breaking (being broken), a good mechanic would’ve found these issues. There was nothing wrong with my GROUNDS. Go figure. I should’ve figured there was a lack of competence when on my paper from you it stated “needs clean an titening”… I am going to work with my bank to get my diagnostic fee back because you do not deserve it. Maybe next time listen to your customer instead of: 1. Thinking that the diagnostic computer can tell you everything 2. not doing proper mechanic work and investigate the issue, or did they not teach you guys that at mechanic school? Sincerely, Julie Veloz More
Recently I had scheduled my Nissan Sentra for routine service. Upon arrival I was greeted by Liz Triola. I have been a customer of Freehold Nissan since the mid '90s and had not previously seen or dealt service. Upon arrival I was greeted by Liz Triola. I have been a customer of Freehold Nissan since the mid '90s and had not previously seen or dealt with Liz. I have to say the vast majority of my dealings with Freehold Nissan employees have been cordial and helpful. However, my experience with Liz was exceptional ! She was very professional and knowledgeable yet personable and explained my service needs thoroughly, she also suggested certain services providing me with the pros and cons of having any one of the services performed during this service appointment. There was also a minor glitch with the information concerning my car on the dealerships database which she promptly corrected. Liz's handling of my service has impressed me to the extent that I feel it was worth sharing my experience and accolades with Freehold Nissan Service Department Customers. I hope other customers that have the pleasure of dealing with her are provided with the same excellent service she provided to me. I truly hope to deal with Liz on future service appointments with both of my Nissan vehicles. More

I've taken my 2000 Maxima to them a number of times. In one instance, I had them fix a scraping noise coming from the front of the car. After they fixed it, the noise came back after a few months, so I had them fix it again. Again, the noise came back after a few months. I don't have the time to keep going back to them, so I won't. I had another issue with them too. Once I brought my car in for service to replace a rusted out muffler and exhaust pipe. When they were done with the work, they called me to come in and pick up the car. I had my wife drop me off with my (at the time) 8 year old daughter. When I got to the car, I noticed something hanging down underneath the car and I pointed this out to the service manager. Apparently, they had forgotton to put everything back together correctly. Am I glad I noticed it because, had I driven the car as it was, the dangling piece of metal would have definitely come off while I was driving and could have caused an accident. More
