Top Me Off! Last two times I had oil changes they failed to top off my fluids during their so called free 12 point inspection. It makes you skeptical as to whether or not they actually change the oil. After my last oil change I checked it right there. Service rep couldn't believe it when he saw my wiper fluid, transmission fluid and brake fluid was low. I said believe it...it ain't the first time. They took my car back into the shop to have the same tech correct it. Great... I really want him in my car after I complained about him. More

I came from another Dealer where you are treated as "the unknown customer" to DCH treating me like I just bought a fleet of trucks from them. I had to make a Express appointment using their website the night before and it was great. No hassle just "bring it in and we'll take care of you!!!! First time there I really wasn't sure what to expect so I showed up early and was pleasantly surprised they were open and a Service Consultant met me with a smile that said "Welcome to DCH!" Matt Cascello was excellent, took me in, kept everything simple and quick and I was out of there in no time. Beautiful clean waiting area with fresh coffee, bagels, TV and everything to make you comfortable. Trust me there is a big difference among Dealerships and I truly believe Nissan should look into it. DCH has earned their stars and I found my new car buying home with them. More
Incredible Customer Service I purchased my ‘09 rogue from this dealership Dec ‘08. Since then, I have only used DCH Freehold to service my car. Over the years, the labor can be I purchased my ‘09 rogue from this dealership Dec ‘08. Since then, I have only used DCH Freehold to service my car. Over the years, the labor can be pricy but the technicians do a great job. Jeanine (my usual service advisor) has always taken good care of me, never once pushed me to get unnecessary work done. Most recently, I brought my car in complaining of a strange thumping feel that did not happen frequently. It took the technicians a few days to repeat the incident, during which Matthew (my service advisor for this instance) provided a loaner car for free (something free from a dealership-crazy!!). To my dismay, it was my transmission. To make matters worse I was just past my warranty. I was not ready to buy another car nor drop many thousands on a new transmission. Matthew recommended to contact Nissan Consumer Affairs to see if they could help me out. The consumer affairs process was simple. After a call with the dealership, to discuss my case with Cathy, Nissan would cover the parts and I cover the labor. Hallelujah! I was and am ever so grateful to Cathy and her team! Matthew had the transmission ordered and within 3 days I had my car back - which had a courtesy detail job too! From an initially quoted $4900 job, I paid $1500. Considering I got my car (which I love) back with a BRAND NEW TRANSMISSION, a free loaner car while the issue was being diagnosed, a reduced labor cost and courtesy detail job - I think I made out pretty good :) Cathy has a great team of advisors and technicians – they went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. They truly subscribe to great customer service which has kept me a loyal customer. Thanks again Cathy! More

I thought they would treat me less than average because I did not buy my car from them. But instead, they went out of their way to help me understand what needed to be done on my car, and they took care of it with incredible speed. Every person I met, from Matthew who greeted me and saw me through every step of the way, to Barbara who was the cashier with the biggest smile I have ever seen, the uncomfortable task of getting my car fixed was done more easily than I could have thought possible. Add to this, the waiting room was clean, comfortable, and had coffee and other delights. I would recommend DCH Freehold Nissan above all others. More

I continue to make the hour drive to this Nissan dealer because of the service. They are always welcoming. It is probably the friendliest customer service staff I have ever seen at a dealership. I have owned several cars and always feel screwed over at the service desk. This Nissan has always made me felt the opposite. There is one guy Matt who has taken care of me with a loaner car or shuttle ride when I have had appointments at the same time as an oil change. They have reasonable prices on parts. Recently, and what brings me to writing this review is the Service manager Liz. With the inclement weather lately, I hydroplaned in the snow and hit a curb. For a little over a week my car was making a funny sound and drive funny. I took it in for an oil change and a few other things and they checked it out. The bearing had snapped and my car needed a major repair. When I heard the initial price, I was stunned at what service would cost but it seemed fair. I went over to Liz and asked her if she could work with me on a few things as things were a little tight. She agreed and my pricing came down to what I could afford for parts and labor. At this point I figured I had this cost and the cost of the oil change and wipers I purchased prior to the, examining my car. The service was quick, about 3 hours and they gave me a loaner car so I didn't sit there waiting all day. Some dealerships don't give you anything and make you wait in the waiting room all day. Oh and it was a busy Saturday too. When I got back to the dealership, my car was ready and I was stunned that my bill included my oil change, wiper blades not inserts, an air filter and the bearings I needed. All of that service was included at my negotiated price. On top of that, I snapped the sensors in the bearing and they had included that in the price. This was the first time I received real service from real people and I will continue to drive an hour and a half just to receive my car service from DCH. They truly Deliver Customer Happiness and I recommend them to everyone. I hope this review makes you think twice about where you have your car serviced, because it should be serviced by real people. The sales team is different, but the service team really matters. More

My car is 9 years old but I still go there and their prices are very competitive compared to other car shops in the area plus they give you points. I do definitely recommend this dealrler More
Commendation for Liz Triola and Matthew Cascello We are the owners of a Nissan Altima and went to this dealership on Aug. 22, 2014 for an oil change and to possibly buy tires. Matthew attended to us We are the owners of a Nissan Altima and went to this dealership on Aug. 22, 2014 for an oil change and to possibly buy tires. Matthew attended to us as soon as he was able to. He was very friendly and helpful and told us that Liz would be able to help us regarding the tires and other things we may need. He honored the discount promised to us regarding the oil change during our next visit which was that day. Liz was the best. She was able to find some existing warranty that our car still had, offered us a good deal on the tires and was just very helpful and accommodating. We also got a nice loaner car while they were fixing our car. Thank you all for the great experience. The only drawback was that you ran out of the chocolate drink mix so maybe next time you'll have them : ) More

Lucky for me that I had bought my battery at the dealership a few years ago and it was under guarantee. She guided me on all the things I need to do as I approach my 90,000 mile mark to maintain my car in excellent condition so I can buget my expense. I left the place in a great mood. I called to make a service appointment for my Altima (oil change)...and was greeted by a very friendly and efficient receptionist. Made the appointment very easily. Upon arrival on the date of service I was personally greeted by a polite and efficient employee who escorted me to my service writer Jennine Lakes - she greeted me with a warm smile and a big good morning - This is the third time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jennine Lakes and I must say that every time she is upbeat, friendly, caring, very professional and knowledgeable and extremely efficient. She helps to make the dealership experience smooth and actually enjoyable. After getting the paper work taken care of she personally escorted me to the waiting area and showed me the coffee and bagels...a nice morning treat. When the car was ready, she came and got me and went over what was done etc and escorted me to the cashier. I have to say, the personal attention that you receive at this dealership is unique and very refreshing. It is a pleasure doing business with this dealership. If you decide to use this dealership service department, please take my recommendation and ask for Jennine Lakes - she will halp you in any way that she can. Great dealership !!!
