I went in for a Nissan recall. The workers were cold and lacked any kind of customer service skills. Additionally, I was offered via email a coupon for a free synthetic oil change The workers were cold and lacked any kind of customer service skills. Additionally, I was offered via email a coupon for a free synthetic oil change with this recall repair. Upon scheduling the service AND actually bringing the vehicle in for both services not a single worker in the establishment knew of their own promotion for a free oil change with recall repair. The worker had to email himself the coupon from my personal email to confirm it. All in all the services took 5+ hours and a headache. Not worth returning to. More
