It took almost two and a half hours for an oil change, and this was with me making an appointment. This is on me though, every time I have come here it takes hours, but fortunately I can something about and this was with me making an appointment. Katrina the service rep went above and beyond for us and always kept us updated. The car came back looking new and it’s a 2015 Rogue !! I didn’t purchase the car at the dealership, but I definitely wil always kept us updated. The car came back looking new and it’s a 2015 Rogue !!
